A little bit disappointed this time.
1, need to wait about 30 minutes to check in. Yesterday only about 10 minutes.

The staff was less than helpful and the surcharge fees are ridiculous. $50 resort fee for what we were told was use of the âcomplimentaryâ WiFi. and use of the pool which was closed when we got there and just for the privilege of being on the resort property. No use of a refrigerator in your room is an absolute joke. Never will return.

Had issues with the room I booked, then issues with what they promised for the inconvenience. The front desk representative Gabe had absolute attitude and no empathy for the miscommunication or additional work it was causing me for their wrong doing. Tried to tell me what I said, and made me feel like I was in the wrong for asking them to honor their original commitment for the inconveniences.
