Was here Thursday-Wednesday. Did not see housekeeping Monday or Tuesday. Had to call for towel service Tuesday night.
When you have multiple conferences at the same time you should have all of your elevators operational at the same time. Elevator waits were at least 15-20 for 4/6 days we were there.
Also, no late check out option. Las Vegas, of all places should have this option.

They gave me a room that was overdue for being updated. Like the desk was worn out and damaged. My first room is smell like rotten eggs I asked to switch the room they did that for me. It was a little bit better. But I didn’t like the fact that there was no coffee maker, my first day there was no shampoo and conditioner in the bathtub
The worst part was there was no lamp in between the two beds on the nightstand, and I couldn’t even plug-in my plugs to charge my phone, my watch and AirPods. The lamp in the corner wasn’t even turning on because it was not plugged in and the power bar wasn’t working properly it was very disappointed. 😔

Unfriendly staff. I booked through Expedia, they did not want to honor the room I had booked stating that when you book through Expedia for them it is only a “suggestion” of the room type. Second, it is a very old property and it shows. The lobby, the restaurants have seen better times. If you want to visit the Convention Center, it has a convinient location, if not, it is far away from everything and not in a pretty area.

Elevators on the property were a disaster to get to your room or to get to lobby. We booked thru Expedia and they charged us resort fees 45.00 a day, this should have been included in our charges when we booked the room.

I was a little disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of my room. When I checked into my room, there was food left in the refrigerator from the previous people who were in the room before me. Also, the shower had very low water pressure & the water never got warmer then tepid. I had to turn on the heater to warm up after my shower.

I remember when this was the Hilton. I was concerned that with the new name that the place might have become downtrodden. It’s a wonderful hotel, especially if you have business at the convention center. Staff was extremely nice. The rooms were very good restaurants in the hotel are very good as well. I will definitely stay here again.
