Staff at check-in was rude. Housekeeping was not great. No daily or every other day housekeeping.we were told there was free parking for the convention we were at which was a lie. 60 dollar parking ticket! We were told resort fees waved due to being part of the convention lie! Have the email proof showing this from the hotel. Got to checkon ans nope not correct either. Save the time and moneu stay somewhere else.

It took over an hour to check in. then I was told I had to download an app to park in the hotel parking lot. the app required a code and then scan the ticket but don't hit pay and then hand my phone to the women checking me in. Why? Why is there an app to park in your parking lot? Why make things harder on the guest.

The main hotel itself and pool area was spotless however we only had room service once in 4days and after complaining still had to request it again everyday for rest of the stay , the pool area isn’t as large as it looks in photos and never enough sunbeds plus two days the pool closed early for private parties, no WiFi round pool area and no food or drink allowed in even though the poolside drinks and food were really expensive, great location for the monorail however and the shows were great , no food court like other hotels and hotel shop for water etc was very expensive and nearest shop is approximately ten minutes walk away

If you're staying at this hotel and you have a car you just be mindful this hotel doesn't offer a free parking, you have to pay everyday! Also, on your day of check out prepare that someone will knowlck on the door at 10:30am, check out at 11am. Idk im not just feeling it

Gym/Spa closes at 6:00pm, too early if you are on business travel, at least four other people were using the gym and had to leave at six. I like the location form LV Convention Center, and I would stay there again.
