The little gift shop they have on the main floor has a lot of things you could want or need like souvenirs, painkillers, hygiene products, allergy meds and snacks. I personally didn't like the restaurants but there is a bunch of food places right across the street that I alternated between. They have a CVS and a 7/11 right across the street too. The building is beautiful and so are the pools.

Such a surprise to find this gem! So impressed with the over the top rooms. All the tech and modern decor. I Uber everywhere in Las Vegas now, so why stay on the Strip when you can get this kind of fabulousness just a block away for $100 a night with a $50 beverage credit! Wait, whaaatt?

The sandy bottom pool was nice. The room was spacious. However, when I initially entered my room, there were missing items from the fridge and unbeknownst to me, 2 bottles of water. I didn’t think anything of it until these items were refilled by housekeeping 2 days later. I immediately called the customer care number to explain what happened and because I knew I’d be charged for these items for which I didn’t consume. That person at the time said I hadn’t been charged. However, when I checked out, those items were on my bill from the room. I explained to the person behind the desk the whole story so he didn’t charge me, yet. I’m waiting for my refund for the $100 per night for 4 nights to land in my account without any deductions. So we’ll see. Furthermore, housekeeping sucked. The room was dirty, the mirrors were dirty, I didn’t have any hand towels the first day and they didn’t replace any wash cloths after I had used them to dry my hands since I didn’t have any hand towels. I feel like that room hadn’t been checked at all before I moved in it due to the fact that those items were missing. IE: the beverages, 2 bottles of water, 1 nip and a can of seltzer. Also, the hand towels. I’m not a stupid person. That room was neglected and it’s housekeepings responsibility. Maybe you should check on your employees more. Lastly, I better not be charged for those beverages for which I NEVER CONSUMED.
