So we stayed at this hotel for one night. When we first arrived we noticed that there were some people protesting outside. We were feeling a little uneasy as we arrived however that changed as soon as we went inside to check in. The staff was kind and helpful. They put us at ease right away. Our rooms were clean for the most part however I did find hair in the shower in one of the rooms that we booked and another hair in the bathroom in the other room we booked. I was hoping to have a joined room but ended up with one further away didn't make a big deal because we were staying just for the night. I'm sure that if I would of gone down to ask for a closer room they would of tried to accommodate. It was a little noisy in the morning, the vanity in one the rooms we booked didn't work. Not a big deal since we were only there for one night. Housekeeping was very kind as we were leaving they greeted us and said thank you. Check out was a breeze very easily done. Overall I think its a good hotel wish I could of stayed a little longer to check out the pool. I will be coming back for sure.

I absolutely loved my stay at Virgin Hotels. I requested to be on a quiet floor…and they certainly fulfilled that request. I definitely felt safe while staying there…there was plenty of security around. The room was cleaned and made everyday. And the staff was very courteous and polite. I will definitely be coming back.

They are in the middle of a union dispute with the food workers and no restaurants were open and I was verbally harassed by the picketers. Horrible stay would not go back anytime soon.

It was a nice property. The rooms did not have microwave, refrigerator, or coffee maker. Workers protesting outside of the property made it uncomfortable leaving and entering. I wouldn't stay here again

Virgin did not tell us that there would be a STIKE during the time that we were staying & apparently it’s been going on for months. There was loud music outside, people yelling, almost no one in the hotel. It’s the only hotel that is on strike. Absolutely embarrassing.

I would’ve given a star zero if I could, it’s so dirty and I cannot stand it. There are white stains everywhere on the couch, i do not want to even think about what might have happened here. Isn’t cleanliness the MOST BADIC THING TO ASK FOR A HOTEL??? completely wasted my $180 dollars
