Dont judge by its shell

Seem to be in the middle of renovation. This is the old hard rock hotel. The entrance is dark & casino/main areas are unimpressive ...however once we reached the canyon tower, everything was fresh and clean, updated into a vintage modern style. Clean room, comfotable beds and all the amenities. Fridge is a minibar so no place to put anything personal which was disapointing. Staff was accomodating but definitely not welcoming or friendly.

Over all a great place

It was fine but the strike was happening and not a good experience outside at the valet. The front desk service was not as pleasant as expected. Employee just wasn’t engaged in there job.

Very peaceful place, had places to eat at almost anytime on the 1st floor. Staff was amazing and had a very pretty outdoor pool area to hangout and relax. Didn’t disappoint at all. Would definitely go here again.

I have stay at this property 3yrs now. I go to Las Vegas MLK weekend for Sin City Classic sport festival with my spouse. We run one of the sports in this festival. We were disappointed with treatment entering and leaving the hotel. Employees on strike verbally assault us. Also loudspeakers music. Construction outside in the area of hotel. This was not what I expected when I booked this trip.

The check in was smooth and the room was very spacious. It was a good location. Only a couple of blocks away from the Vegas stip.
