Shaun at the front desk was phenomenal and truly made me feel welcome. Everything was amazing, the only thing I can say is that I went to the Pub 365, the restaurant inside the hotel, I went all nights of my visit and the host was very rude and not friendly and had the same server 2 out of 3 nights and he was not checking on me and my girlfriend rarely and we caught him on his phone the majority time of our dining experience. I had to walk up to him to give him my card and the bill because I asked for it and he left and went immediately to his phone and I waited about 5 minutes then just ended up walking up to him. Other than this, the stay was great and Shaun deserves a raise.

The desk staff were professional, patient, and understanding. So were the staff in the cafe and the Gift Shop. The only thing i didnt like was the unhooked chain to the flushing handle in the bathroom. Had to reach into the tank and rehook it.

Fun at Las Vegas
This was our second stay at the Tuscany Suite & Casino and I absolutely will stay here again. The staff at the front desk are so friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Our luggage was delayed and the airlines delivered it to the front desk around 10 at night and they locked it up for us and we picked it up the next morning. The restaurants in the facility are the best. Marilyn's Cafe was awesome and very affordable.

The room was huge and extremely clean I stayed for two nights eith a 1am check in on the first night and the staff at the concierge deak were so helpful and friendly. Walking distance (around 20 minutes) to the Arte Museum and cosmopolitan. Lots of shopping nearby. Cute little breakfast cafe in the building. Would stay again and recommend to anyone.
