Not the typical Las Vegas Hotel experience. This property is set up more like a Mexican/Cuban/Dominican resort property in the sense of numbered buildings with winding walkways throughout. Very relaxing atmosphere. 4-5 restaurants/cafes on the property. Pub 365 was an especially nice place to unwind after a day attending tradeshows.

This was a quiet oasis for me in the storm of Las Vegas. One does not walk into a smoky Casio but into a nice, quiet lobby and check-in. The grounds were attractive and the rooms spacious, clean and nicely apportioned. All was lovely and friendly. This would be a very nice family destination. I'll be back!.

The property was exquisite! It was quiet and very comfortable, expect for the upstairs neighbour being loud (not the hotels fault of course) everything was really great. Would definitely return but with a room on the upper floor.

Meh!

Lots of little things in the room were an issue: toilet wobbled, light out in the bathroom, shower faucet dripped incessantly, mini-fridge wasn't cold. I was on the first floor and the wooden subfloor above me meant I listened to the room above me stomp around and squeak non-stop. I was in the back of the property and maintenance would go by my window several times a day pulling a metal dumpster on wheels that sounded like I was ground zero at a SpaceX launch. Overall, the property isn't bad for an off-strip resort, but all the little things left me underwhelmed. Would stay there again if I had no better options, but I wouldn't stay here on purpose. Hopefully others had better experiences and my stay was just a perfect storm of little nuisances that aren't the norm. Staff that I did interact with were all nice, but even the check-in process was a nuisance as they had sent me a link to pre-register, including uploading my driver's license, and I still had to stand in line to wait for keys, so what's the point. Again, nothing specifically negative, just a lot of little meh's.
