Housekeeping needs improvement

The hotel and our room was nice, clean and roomy. The service, on certain days, was mediocre. We stayed six nights. Housekeeping missed cleaning our room on one of the days (we were gone all day from the room; and, we did not have a card on the door stating we were resting); however, after calling Housekeeping, the room was cleaned; another time they did not refill the coffee pods or complimentary water; another time, no refill was left in the bathroom for the shower gel, shampoo, etc. On one occasion, Housekeeping must of changed our bed pillows and they had a horrible smell.

We will definitely stay again; the place was friendly, clean and quiet! The rooms were large and spacious. Cons: the decor and furniture were a bit basic compared to the pictures online. The food was also very basic and expensive, but that didn't matter to us because we had a kitchen. We also had to wait a ridiculous amount of time to get our car out of valet. Overall, those are little things and it was a fantastic stay. We will be back.

Clean, great staff! Food in hotel was very good even with though a little pricey (but so is most of Vegas) shopping mall across street was great. Rented a cabana at pool and staff killed it. The only thing that was a little shocking is the size of the pool (not so big). Overall still a great stay.

Amazing four days in Las Vegas

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with kindness and smiles Jimmy at Valet was amazing and helpful Cynthia at the front desk was very helpful and gave us a beautiful and comfortable clean room. Reina at the coffee bar was very friendly and helpful Daniel at the pool bar was excellent. All the pool attendance were very helpful and friendly. We will definitely go back.
