We had an awesome stay with kids and staff is very helping. We spilled over something on the duvet and they replaced it without any questions even when the hotel was jam packed during winter holidays. Tons of food options within the Venetian hotel building. Clean and beautiful looking hotel.

Our stay the weekend before Christmas. It was perfect. The staff and the property was very friendly and welcoming.The convenience of elevators handicapped accessible sidewalks on the plaza was a blessing. Can’t wait for our next visit.

Front desk did not have both rooms under my name even though I made reservation. Once the other room was “found” in the computer the room wasn’t ready till almost 4:45pm. I also asked about the $25 drink credit for being VIP on Expedia and was denied. I had to forward a copy of the reservation an hour or so later it was confirmed that we were supposed to receive a drink credit. Small things that I didn’t want to have to worry about for an over night stay.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms were fantastic, as was the atmosphere! There was some thing for everyone in my family to do - we didn’t even leave the property the first night. Online check-in was a bust but the wait to do it at the front desk wasn’t horrible - the staff was friendly and helpful so no big deal. We definitely love to stay here again!

Overrated. Not very lively around Venetian. And the strip view rooms are charged more but they’re not worth it because there’s nothing to see outside in front of Venetian. Bellagio has much better(probably best) view for what you pay for strip view.
