We were upset that when we made our booking that Expedia didn’t notify us there was construction going on in the property. We checked in and were sold to upgrade to a room with a view because the room Expedia offered were located only on the 4th floor. While we checked in with a view room we were disturbed by construction noise while we tried to sleep. We were forced to talk to the front desk to change our room and water about almost 3 hours of our time. The hotel helped getting us a better room with no noise but this experience was awful and wasted 3 hours plus the hassle of packing and unpacking and moving around to different rooms. If I knew there was construction going on I would have booked a different hotel. Would appreciate Expedia to help compensate for this. Very disappointed with the experience. Especially since it was my birthday vacation.

Still beautiful just room tired and worn out
So this hotel has aged since our last visit 10 years ago. Beautiful front desk, lobby, pools, and exterior but the room was darker and worn out. No wow unlike 10 years ago with respect to the room. It overlooked a pool. Giant bathroom with a great shower and tub. We were too tired to request another room. Wish they acknowledged our 25th wedding anniversary with something.

Beautiful, clean hotel. Central on the strip. Great selection of restaurants. Good service from staff. Only disappointment was the lack of a coffee machine in the suite and no use of the fridge, as the fridge works on sensors and you will be charged, even if you just move the contents around.

My family and I decided to take a detour from our usual stay at the red rock resort because my kids wanted to see the Sphere. We quickly realize that beyond the fact that the venetian is outdated and needs a remodel. This property was no place for children. There is next to nothing for children to do and so we decided to go back to red rock and we asked to be able to leave early and despite leaving our room to be rebooked for two days they denied us a refund. Significant amount of money for this family, but we just couldn’t stay there with the kids. We got secondhand treatment because we booked through Expedia and Expedia was very courteous and understood our situation and reached out to upper management at the Venetian and still they rebutted our request to have two of the three days refunded since we left the property Really left a bad taste in my mouth. Seems a bit greedy We did return to red rock or we were treated like Rockstars and had a great remainder of our trip
