2 valets were out of control
The first valet refused me to let my car for 2min to unload all our luggages. The second valet whistled to call me and told me "move your car" in a rude manner. My car was not blocking any lane (4 lines, 2 occupied only). The room is OK. Be careful no pool is opened in the winter

Had a terrible experience, checking into this hotel took a while when I did check in they gave me the wrong room. They lost some of my luggage after I got the room half the stuff did not work. The sinks were clogged. The toilet was clogged. The lights didn't work have to heater in a room did not work in the Bedroom.

Was worried about having a hotel that smelled like smoke... The hotel room were very fresh, very nice, and I loved the fact that there was a panda express, McDonald's, and other restaurants... Free parking was also a Major win! Will stay again.

This was my 2nd visit to this Casino. My room was spectacular and newer than last time (Fantasy tower, stay there)! Spa was amazing and relaxing, just the vibe of the property was different this time, there were guests arguing around and about the place. Ooh, police with drug dogs came in to search a room or suite or whatever. It was just different this time around. Glad I wasn’t on the strip as F1 was during my visit, but getting onto/off the strip was just plain awful. Like I say, interacting with people was the only weird part about this trip, not sure why it was so challenging and chaotic. Hopefully it’s different next time?
