I loved my stay here. Thai was my first time in Vegas and it didn’t disappoint the rooms actually matched the images online. The casino workers were friendly and helpful, I was able to have accommodations fixed if there was an issue. And you get to get reward points which is always a plus

I stayed over there for 3 nights, they have a minibar inside the room with the prices posted. I first entered the room at 2:52 PM, and my wife took a video of the room while she was entering the room. In that video, it shows an opened pod and one unopened, on my checkout they charged me for that opened pod. I told them I never used their pods and I found it like that inside the room. They sent me a picture showing the entire pod was missing while it was there when I left the room. The pods were in plastic, if you use them they will know. At first, they told me that I opened one of them I told them I never touched their pods I was CHOCKED after I emailed them a screenshot of my wife's video showing the pod opened and that same screenshot had the day and time 2:52 PM in it. I got a phone call from them after that email, they told me they are going to remove the charge BUT next time don't touch the pods or expect I'll get charged for them. I was CHOCKED after she told me that over the phone. NO ACCOUNTABILITY AT ALL. I was expecting a call from them saying " We are very sorry about that, we will remove that charge" but instead, she brushed me off over the phone saying she wouldn't argue with me over the phone about $2:71 while she found out on my email that I was right since the beginning. This was disgusting, I don't care about the $2:71, but I wanted them to understand they can't just choose to charge people whenever they feel like it. I hope I could say more here
