My biggest complaint is that there was no refrigerator in the room. I had medication that requires being refrigerated. I had to go purchase a cooler from Walgreens. That’s my only issue. The hotel was nice and the staff was great!

Palms Casino it’s a good casino to stay. It has everything u need but one thing is to improve their Front Desk with more Receptionist with help and need to improve the policy on smoking it smells all the way into the rooms. Palms it’s a Luxury Casino to be smelling like smoke specially on our clothes. Hopefully they could improve by next visit.

This property was ok. What I did not like was the room did not have a mini refrigerator for personal items. There was no free water? I mean come on. The fridge was stocked full of water and alcohol but there was some crazy fee(s). The buffet AYCE was not that great. Presentation is everything to us and it was extremely messy. Go to the Wynn Buffet.

I loved my experience and stay at the Palms Casino Resort. The hotel itself is breathtaking! I didn’t even have the chance to explore the whole resort that’s how much there is to see/do. I would definitely stay here again.
