check in was not easy and I was charged beyond what I was told. Asked about VIP and was told I would get free internet. Was then charged anyway. Cray experience after staying 10 times previously. Won't stay @Venetian or Palazzo again.

Our room was incredible. View of Trump Tower, we all can’t get the Sphere. After settling in I started to notice the good and not so good. Carpet not meeting up to the molding. Lamps dusty, bathroom baseboards not cleaned.
Overall, a good experience. Casino was clean and fun, shops with Venetian incredible, service impeccable.

We have stayed at the Venetian and Palazzo on 3 occasions. It is a beautiful resort/casino but this time it was not as 5 star as our previous stays.
Our suite was dusty, the windows smeared and never cleaned. I did after 2 days dust it myself.
Trying to get a sun lounger in the morning for a swim and a bit of morning sun was difficult due to the "reserve your lounger" cost $75. All the loungers in the sun were reserved, even though no one used then until 12.00 which meant you had to lie in the shade or be very lucky and get an unreserved one, which there were 4 only.
I truly feel that the resort fee you have to pay should entitle you to a FREE sunbed. It should be first come, first served. For us we were disappointed that the 5 star resort didn't meet our expectations.

First time staying at the Venetian did not disappoint. Our suite was in the Palazzo Tower with a view of the Sphere. Suites were spacious and very comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - will be back.

After 16 years of going to Vegas and never staying at the same property twice, we finally found the hotel that clicks every button. Beauty, convenience, no drunken 20-somethings, friendly and helpful staff...the list goes on and on. The casino is so very well arranged, and the room was top-notch. The location is central to other properties we enjoy visiting, and being located at an intersection made travel a breeze. The dining options abound and are within easy walking distance. We will be staying at the Palazzo for years to come.
