Perfectly located by the strip and connected to other hotels and casinos! The pool was really fun and staff was very nice! We had issues with our toilet and maintenance came right away to fix it which was great! The room was small though, the linens didn't feel the cleanest and we didn't have a fridge in the room which was inconvenient. However, I would come back again due to the location and staff, but would definitely request a different room next time!

I enjoyed the stay at the linq in Las Vegas. We weren’t welcomed with the friendliest of guest service though when we were trying to check in at 4. This kind of tarnished the experience with the linq itself. One of the employees took a break right at the rush hour point around 430 and the other person who helped us get our room key was quite rude and not pleasant to talk to when we had questions about the deposit and resort fees. Other than that the rooms and room service were amazing and the door bell employees were great. The location was prime for us to travel the whole strip even though it was a tough walk for the 3 days we’ve been there for.

When checking in we were told that if we had any questions we could call, text or come down. We used the safe in our room and it got locked out I tried calling down I was left waiting for someone to answer ended up hanging up and just going down. When we went to check out we noticed that we were charged extra money for making that phone call… I believe that is just absolutely ridiculous and disgusting to use and abuse people’s money in that way. We also wanted to do a late checkout went down around 8am for a 4pm checkout which we asked the previous day for a late checkout of 12 so we knew we Atleast had an extra hour. We went looking around town and when we came back to the room our key didn’t work. Mind you we were down there asking now 2 times for a late checkout no one ever said we needed updated keys. This wasn’t a huge deal but it was an inconvenience to us being the back and forth walking up and down trying to figure out our key. Overall it was an ok experience but what makes me so upset is we went there to get married and wanted a super enjoyable experience and this kind of left us annoyed with the amount of money we were charged after already paying for the hotel. We understood there were fees and things but basically doubled what we already spent on the room. Mind you we also did upgrade our room so that additional $60 was expected. But being charged basically $500 extra is just crazy!!! Hope no one else has to deal with this when they stay there…

When we got our room, I looked around and the washroom and general room was not clean; toothpaste all around the sink and tap, hair on the shower walls and stains on the bedding as if flipping the blanket made it “clean” to The Linq housekeeping staff.

Had to switch rooms due to smoke coming out of the heater, was in the middle of eating when it blew out smoke. Told the front desk and switched us to a different room with no view or fridge which I originally had in the 1st room and payed for the view as well. They gave us a $50 voucher since we couldn’t finish our food that we bought. Other than that the hotel is in a good location and amazing staff.
