I don’t think I would ever stay at this place again you don’t get a coffee pot. You don’t get a microwave. You don’t get a refrigerator. I’ve never stayed in a hotel where none of this is available for the same price I paid there. I could’ve stayed across town and got all of the amenities I wanted

We flew in at 11, tried to check in, asked for an early check in. They said 3pm was check in. At 3 we tried to check in, they said our room was cleaned but needed to be inspected by management. I explained that we have been waiting for 4 hours, at 4pm we tried again to check in, and still couldn’t check in. The next day we left our room at 9am went back at 5pm and our room wasn’t cleaned. The management wasn’t sure why our room got skipped. She wanted us to wait around for house keeping to go clean it. I asked for any type of compensation like reverse the resort fees (less than $100) and they said no. We will NEVER stay there again and I would never recommend anyone to stay there. Also, their air filter system was horrible. We had to shower several times a day to get the smoke smell off of us. All the other hotels/casinos we went to didn’t smell of cigarette smoke the way The D did. It was horrible. Zero commendations.
