The check-in process is ! You check in to think you’re checking in, but you’re not they tell you they’re going to give you a text once your room is ready. Then you go back when they text you and you have to stand in a long line again just to check in. They are unaccommodating. I asked for a corner unit and they gave me a middle unit and said pretty much that since I went through a third-party website, which is Expedia that was wrong information. The furniture is outdated and chipped. The only thing remodels is the shower area. There was no refrigerator for my husband‘s medication that needed to be refrigerated Horrible front desk staff. Housekeeping was very gracious to get us extra towels and toiletries. The ventilation system is horrible breathing in all that second hand smoke even if you asked for a non-smoking room we only stood there because it was close to the event that we were attending that weekend why we have to pay resort fees beyond me my phone has its own Internet nothing else to justify for the resort fees on their end.

The D was very clean and fairly up to date. However, the mattresses felt well used and not supportive (to me), and the noise from Fremont Street is very loud until 2am when it stops for the night.
