Great space for family

Quick stay passing through Vegas. Appreciated the space for our family of 6. Washer and dryer in unit was helpful. No issues. Sink drain in King ensuite was a little slow. Water pressure could be higher. But not anything to dock a star. Will definitely look to stay here again.

Very unprofessional, it was late notice for a lot of things. They didn’t update us on our parking spot, where to go to find our place/hotel after asking and I understand using signs and directions but we physically asked and they weren’t helpful. Checking out front desk was rude, unsure of the area but having young adults working in a business conducted for a place of vacation it was not the best experience, I was disrespected over the phone after asking simple check out questions regarding our room keys and it was rhetorical answers and weird remarks responded back. I hope this isn’t a re-accruing thing for most, it was a beautiful compound can give them that but it shouldn’t have been like that for me. I’m only saying this and I don’t even write reviews it was a lot to experience and I travel frequently, to add it was a loss of my cards/items and they were unhelpful to assist with that matter. Security/ staff was unable to put a report nor update me day after speaking with them. Reconsider or look more in if booking with them.

Overall stay would be a 4/5 star. The only reason I took away a star is because of an issue I had with one of the toilets in my room. It got flushed and started overfilling with the dirty water and flooded the bathroom. I called for housekeeping for a mop and they sent a maintenance man over to fix the issue but my concern was the choice of “mop” he brought. He had brought some more towels to wipe up the dirty water… I was expecting a mop to at least sanitize the floor. He basically had to grab the used towels with his hands which is super unsanitary. It was a questionable moment but overall the stay was nice and I definitely recommend this place. I would stay again. I just hope I get a better toilet this time haha

Guess in the description they should say you have to buy all grocery’s spices condiments you will need. It’s an apartment that’s furnished but needs livable stuff.

Typical 2 bedroom condo. Not bad at all for a timeshare. Main bedroom was the furthest distance from the thermostat. I had to lower the ac into the high 60s to sleep comfortably. Nice area close to essential shopping. Gas, grocery, take out food. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately, I left my expensive phone charger in the room. I went back 3 days later but it was "not Found"
