The property was nice and the location was great being away from the strip but close enough to the airport. The Silverton next door had an amazing mermaid and stingray feeding and the Asian restaurant inside was the best Ive had. The only negative about the property is there are no windows to open so the air is terrible to breathe.

Don't take the "free gifts" bs tour
It was great for the price. However it was a little worn out on furniture and alot of spots in the bathroom were a bit dirty including the ac vents caked up heavily which I always notice right away since I have asthma. Then the only complaint I have was the guy in the guest services who lied to us about getting these great gifts for staying with them. We paid $20 for a lunch that we were forced to use right away and we had eaten right before we were told to get our free tickets for viewing a property and not for a vacation property purchase which it turned out to be. We sat for over an hour waiting when they said show up early and it will be over quickly. Instead it took almost two hours of my actual birthday and the salesman sat with us at our table and no bs literally watched my wife and I eat and critique each thing we put on our plate. It was awkward and very cringy. The guy "Paul" gave borderline pedo vibes and he is known as the "Vegas movie critique" you can find the guy on YouTube. Again his name is Paul. He was not even kind enough to offer to cut the bs tour short when I explained that we were lied to and it's my actual birthday day. And we are wasting our damn time with that fraud a$$ crap

This was my 4th time staying here and always a pleasure . Clean , staff are nice , parking is free and convenient , silverton casino is across the street , lots of coffee shops and restaurants in area .

This is a great property for anyone who will have access to a car. Parking is very convenient. Check in was easy and we were able to get in a few hours before our scheduled time. Staff was quite friendly and there were no lines when we arrived. This is a time share/vacation rental facility so they will try to set up a time for you tour a different building (the Grandview Las Vegas) and in return will offer tickets to a show or visa gift cards. Doesn’t seem like a bad deal if you have an extra few hours to spare during your trip and you’re not easily persuaded… The rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable and large. These are set up like a one-bedroom apartment. Everything seemed quite clean and fairly updated. We enjoyed our stay and would return.
