Great family vacay place to stay!

Great and family oriented! Heated pool is lovely! Great spot to venture from to do the kid friendly Las Vegas things! 3min from Silverton Bass Pro shop that has a mermaid show in the giant sea aquarium! Enjoyed everything! Love the free shuttle into "town" option for grown up time at night as well!

I love the resort, the only thing I didn’t like was that the bathroom wasn’t clean! There was hair in the tub and it looked like it hasn’t been scrubbed in a while 🙁

we were just there for the night. At check in the clerks weren't very attentive. I stood at check in for 10 minutes or more while one of the clerks just sat there and said nothing to me, while the other clerk was helping someone else.

Wonderful property on the Strip

Very nice property. Staff was great. Would recommend to any of my friends or family. Great for us as we needed the kitchenette as was staying while repairs were being made on our property. Impressed with the property and was referred by a friend who had stayed there.

The place was newly remodeled and very clean. The front desk staff was a bit rude during check-in, but fortunately, I didn't have to interact with them afterward. I really appreciated that Tower 5 is conveniently located next to the parking garage, making parking easy and access hassle-free.

I’ve stayed at this property multiple times and every time the experience is wonderful. Only issue I had this time around was that there was only one working elevator in my tower due to renovations and there wasn’t an ice machine on my floor. That said, I appreciate the regular free shuttles to the strip and the quality of the room itself.
