I'm kind of disappointed, because all inside the property is not clean and well maintained at it was before. Our first night at the hotel room was terrible, we couldn't sleep. We were kept getting bitten by bed bugs. :0( We were moved to another room which was better.

We booked TI as we were taking our 10 yr old son. We remembered the pirate show and pirate theme which we thought he’d love. Unfortunately, the pirate area does not have a show and has been drained. It wasn’t the same area we remembered. We spent most of our time taking Ubers to Mandalay Bay (Shark Reef attraction and great swimming pools if you stay there; Luxor (Blue Man Group), and Excalibur (Tournament of Kings dinner). I feel bad giving a somewhat negative review as our kiddo liked the pool and the room was fine. Just not what we had planned so had to Uber to a different part of the strip everyday. Wishing I had seen a review like this before planning our trip with a child.

Self-Check -in is a great option but it won't allow self-check in unless you have the credit card used to book the reservation. Check in counter had a long line of 30 and took too long. Otherwise checking counter staff and spell service staff was great. The room was was roomy.
