Treasure Island - TI Las Vegas Hotel & Casino offers 2884 accommodations with laptop-compatible safes and complimentary weekday newspapers. I been few times in Treasure Island hotel casino.All pervious times the booking service use to be right. This time they messed up. Which is fine . I tried to get my right booking service. Which I paid extra for the booking process to be perfect right. But it didn’t happen. I understand things happens too.So I went back to make it right… the employee gave me all the bla bla excuses and excuses . Like he tried to full me as I don’t know anything or it is my 1st time booking a hotel . Such an embarrassing employees to be hired . Even the 1st employee who helped me to do the check in, he wasn’t giving the right service. Like rushing to be done. It looks like he is selling a room service. Not giving a hotel service. So bad . All the time I give 5 stars . This time I will give less. I was willing to give only 1 star. But I decide it to give more because the hotel casino is a good place to stay . And I’m not sure for now if I will come back again. For those two non professional employees at the reception . Good luck for the rest.

Decent - Checkin would be great if there was more staff checking guests in, especially durong peek hours instead of creating a line, as if for an amusement ride. Casino bathrooms need some attention,.especially during special events. Rooms need more thorough cleaning, specifically the bathroom. I had to clean the floors and surfaces to make it more comfortable. Bathroom supplies are very limited. Guests should not have to request toiletries for each night stay as most were single for use. These supplies should accommodate guest accordingly. Overall, we had a comfortable stay.
