The parking area was very confusing and had all kinds of warnings. They need police on bicycles to police the parking. Better yet, eliminate the $20 a day valet and go back to tipping the parking attendants 2 or 3 bucks when leaving/arriving. The $51 resort fee is way too much for this property. It's not the Wynn. Their "Top of the World Restaurant" has the view and great service but the price is now just over the top. Gambling is fair and reasonable and staff friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at The Strat Hotel and was very disappointed with the experience. Despite checking in late at 10 PM, my room was not cleaned. Every morning, from 7 AM to 10:30 AM, the smoke alarm in my room went off, causing significant discomfort. The hotel staff was unresponsive and did not change my room until the last night of my stay, despite my repeated requests. Additionally, I found the staff to be unkind and unhelpful. I understand the pressures of hospitality, and I am typically patient, but this experience was unacceptable. I expected much better service and accommodations based on the hotel's reputation.

I had a wonderful time. Staff were nice hotel was clean just not enough things to eat or do around the property.

It was only 2 people working on the reception, it took us over an hour to check in, it’s really poor service
