Very busy weekend. Long lines to room elevators as a few out of service during our stay. Management did well to work around the crowds. 👍. Last night though, ungodly noise coming from construction crew at 10PM. Called front desk and management did not respond promptly to numerous complaints from customers trying to sleep

We enjoyed our stay! The rooms are spacious and clean.. I loved the walking distance to Denny's across the street. Plenty of place to eat within the South Point. Lots of action and things to do right on property. We would love to come back and stay again in the future.

We had to wait over 1 hour past our check in time because the rooms weren't cleaned. There was a huge line for the elevators to go to the rooms. There was an event happening and it looks like the hotel wasn't prepared to have these many guests. We also heard some people shouting yelling at each other early in the morning. I don't think I will stay at this hotel again
