Beautiful property

Beautiful hotel. Grear service. Bathroom was outdated and water dripping constantly in tub had caused rust. I requested new room because of bathroom rust and tub looking very old. Request was taken care of by front desk. Overall absolutely beautiful property with exceptional service.

Our check in went very quick and hassle free. They have updated the rooms that was very nice to see. The rooms are clean. The casino is full of smoke The batenders at the bar were very slow and poured an extremely light drink. The room was quiet

We ate at cafe service was horrible cold food husband asked for mustard and ketchup waitress never brought he had to go find on other tables. Waiter was friendly with couple next to us and she brought their food before ours we had been seated 15 minutes ahead of them. She clearly knew them. Anyway waste of $45 dollars on sandwiches!

One evening 5 of six elevators failed, leaving hundreds of guests stranded at the casino floor level, and others at their room floor levels. Had to walk up and down 16 floors to my room to get changed for dinner. Continued to have elevator issues daily. None of the menus at various restaurants were marked for food sentivities, such as gluten and dairy. Made dining a challenge.

Did not receive king size bed as booked. Rude guy on the phone tellin me it was a preference not what i was actually getting then hung up without a goodbye have a nice night anything. Blood stains on my sheets. Shower was stopped up. Broken bar of soap in the bathroom dusty dirty floor.
