Loved the staff, aquarium, Sundance Grill, the hotel was very accessible. It wasn't too big. It was a nice size. The renovated pool is beautiful. The one thing i did not like is the pool closes very early. I think the pool should be open until 10:00 pm even if it's only on the weekend. It's a beautiful area & want to enjoy it in the evenin

Not sure where parking was. The lot we parked in was in front of the hotel and had no accessible parking. Seems like where the accessible parking should have been, there were occupied by charging station stalls. We needed an accessible stall. We had to park pretty far. Check in clerk was very nice, friendly, professional. But she forgot to tell us how to get to the rooms and by the time we realized we didn’t know how to get to the rooms she was helping another customer. After a few tries we found out where to go. Signage is needed to direct to rooms. The only signage we saw was to the pool, which was the same entry for the rooms.
