tHE WORST SERVICE i'VE EVER SEEN. tHE FRONT DESK WOMAN WAS THE RUDEST PERSON I HAVE EVER MET. SHE TOLD ME " WE DON'T EUN A HOMLESS SHELTER" AT CHECK IN WHEN I ASKED ABOUT THE INCDENTAL AUTHORIZATION. vERY DISAPPOINTED. i WOULD HAVE GAMBLED MORE THERE IF I HAD A BETTER EXPERIENCE. Walked into the room and there was a mucus dried on the wall by the sink. It looked like it had been there for a while. I asked the front desk to get it cleaned and she made a not to clean it but when I returned the booger was still there. When the cleaning lady final scrubbed it off, the booger took off paint. When you walk into the shower, wear shower shoes. The whole shower had mildew and filthy. The bathroom door had a whole collection of boogers and what nots wiped on there and had never been cleaned. This place is a mess and it’s dirty but the false advertising and photos make it look decent without breaking the bank.

Had another AMAZING stay here. The free airport shuttle is GREAT, and if you're in decent shape, the hotel is a 25 min walk from the strip. EASY! The rooms (basic deluxe room-- did not upgrade) are big and spacious, soft bed, and we had a great view of the strip and sunset. Water pressure is good, the room was clean, the only issue is that they did knock on our door BEFORE checkout time, several times asking if we were leaving. I'm putting a do-not-disturb sign on the door next time. We also asked for extra towels and a late checkout, and got them, no problem. The highlight though---We especially love the pool area!!! Lots of trees and landscaping so easy to find some shade. We often had it all to ourselves, and the cabanas with loungers are amazing!!!!!! Very private, very well done! And there's a Chick-fil-A across the street. We will be back again soon. This place is a gem. Thanks to everyone for the great stay!

Front desk staff were all nice! Our room was just dirty. Unbelievably dirty. Definitely needs a deep clean to be done and scrub down of the bathroom. I took pictures of what it looked like.
