We did not get the room we paid for She said we were getting an upgrade. Well.... the decor of the room is was terrible. It seriously looked like dog poop on the carpet, there was no place to charge a cell phone, no trash can in the room, the curtains did not work properly, the shower was amazing (once we figured it out) and the supposed art work was phallic images. There was no closet..no place to hang clothes we had to hang our clothes on the frame of the mirror on the wall. The room was hot and we could not get it cooled off. My husband called the front desk to let them know all of our concerns and was met with indifference. Also the check in process. It was so hot. And the line was so long. The man behind me literally collapsed. As a nurse, i stepped in to help. For my trouble i was rewarded with a crappy room and 2 free drink tickets. The check in person told us they are cutting everyone's hours, thats why the extensive wait. I will also be reaching out to the hotel to express my disappointment Btw, the Bell-men Tiger and Roy were definite bright spots in our stay.

Loved the parking availability, loved the view at night from my room. Love the room. I wan nor happy or didn't liked that there was no handsoap, no bodywash in the bathroom. Lucky that I had brought some with me. All I did find was a body locion.

check in and check out were easy. very convenient to have a monorail station. room was clean and met our needs. property is on the very north end of the strip. for us this was great as it was less crowded. restaurants could be better at accommodating dietary needs. Lounge chairs at the pool are beyond uncomfortable.
