Stay was good but room was not practical in the Alexandria tower. No door to separate shower from entry door, no light above desk, had to sit on bed to watch tv because couch served no purpose, couldn’t stand at window comfortably because of couch and table, no microwave for left over food, wall covering was gross and could not look at a room to make a room change.

The elevator was down so we had to walk up and down the stairs to the tenth floor. Some of the staff was super rude and there were others who were nice. The hot water went out while we were there. Also the area itself is not the best at all.

The hotel is great. It has free parking. Our room was clean, everything was functional, the beds were comfortable, and it was quiet. The room service was also great. It's a great value. The only downside for some people might be the location, but I didn't care. It was closer to many of the activities we were going to do, and there was a monorail station that would get you closer to the strip and MGM if needed.
