The waiting to check in and check out can for sure be better, the availability of rooms you paid for too can be better. When we got there they said the room I paid for isn’t available so they told us to keep checking back to see if it’s available.

Thank you, Quadri, for sharing. We are hiring more front desk agents and working out some tests with our newly installed self-check-in kiosks. To check out you can call the operator and they can check you out and send the final bill. Or you can leave the keys at any of the key drop offs. Unfortunately, when we are busy it does take a bit of time to clean rooms and we apologize for the inconvenience that this caused. We hope you will give us another chance and return to our hotel in the future.

While the stay was only for one night, as soon as I checked in, I was already ready to check out. The entire hotel has an old smoke smell throughout, and it was dated and felt very old and untouched. This hotel needs an entire remodel immediately!

Very out dated, gross stained carpets in the room, so much calcium build up on the shower head that the water sprays all over the place. Bed dipped down bad in the middle, Very dirty!!! Staff was friendly but that was about it.
