I was pleasantly surprised at the size of our rooms and the cleanliness. I enjoyed that the hot tub was warm and open 365 days a year, however the hours are limited. It was difficult to get in touch with housekeeping and the front desk to ask for things. I got a text upon check-in stating I can text the front desk for requests but I never got a follow up. The front desk took a really long time to answer the phone (20 rings). I enjoyed the amenities such as the carousel bar and the coffee bar in the lobby. I was disappointed there wasn’t a coffee maker in the room, but I likened that there was a mini-fridge. The location is right off of Freemont so ask for a room in the south tower if you want a little peace and quiet. Overall, I’d say the plaza is a good budget friendly hotel!

The bathroom wasn’t very clean, had to call and request clean towels. Besides that the Hash House was the main reason i selected to stay here and their service was phenomenal! The bell hop service and parking attendant was great and so helpful.

The room was not very clean. There was cob webs in the ceiling throughout the room. The AC made a very annoying noise everytime it shut off

Improper ventilation for all the smoke. Carpeting old and disgusting. Room shower screeched loudly. Limited food options. Bums hanging out outside. Great staff, decent prices except at Carousel Bar, crazy prices there. Players Club is worthless, dont bother. Never again.

It was clean and quiet. Lots of elevators to get up and down from room to casino very quickly and easily. Right across from Fremont St. so if you want a more laid back vibe than the Strip, this is perfect.

The stay was okay, they really need some updates and the steak house wanted to sit us outside in 50 degree weather when we booked a booth. The service at the front desk was terrible with one girl and fantastic with this other.
