Could have been better

It was my first time staying downtown. We had booked a room with a king bed. When we arrived, they said the only king they had was facing Fremont street and was fairly noisy, sop they offered us a room with 2 queen beds. The bedroom itself was roomy enough, just had a shortage of lights (making it very dark) and a shortage of plugs for today's electronic (laptop, watches, phones). The bathroom sink are was small but the bathroom was very small. You almost had to stand in the bathtub to open the door to get out. I don't think we will stay here again.

HVAC blew cold air (66 degrees) all night and could not turn off or change temperature to Heat. It had an "A2" in temp reading location and could not alter. Even turning Off the System still ran all night and blew cold air into room. Unacceptable !! Loved room but this HVAC malfunction was unpleasant.
