Everything was good about this stay except one MAIN, IMPORTANT thing for me when I travel. There was only luke warm water on both mornings of our stay. When I am on vacation, one of the things I look forward to the most, is my "wake-up" hot shower. Other than that, it was a good place to stay.

Great location right in the middle of the strip. Parking was free for the weekend but VERY far from the lobby so just a heads up. Beautiful lobby, and good food options. Just be weary if you get a room right next to the elevator, switch immediately. The noise was so loud and non stop it was hard to sleep. That was our only complaint.

I detest having to pay a resort fee. Used no services except gave them my money at the Casino. We won’t be staying there again because of the $40 per night parking fee. We both have mobility issues with handicap sticker and self parking garage way too far away.

We stayed in a room overlooking the fountains and really liked the view. The parking is a real pain. It’s nowhere near the hotel lobby and is quite a walk with many twists and turns, it wasn’t obvious to us or others wandering about with suitcases . There were quite a few dining options nearby. The bad part is $18 bucks a day to park and $62 more a day for resort fees. I feel it’s a lot to pay for wifi. A really nice place with nice people. Really don’t like getting gouged on the fees. Not sure if we would return.

Good affordability

Overall everything was operational, clean, safe, satisfactory. It's a good central location on the strip. Much more affordable than the surrounding properties. The bathtub spout didn't quite reach the tub so it spilled some water onto the floor. The bathroom faucets had the hot and cold water reversed (meaning handles were on the wrong side). But they worked and the drains weren't backed up. The standard King room was a nice size and the bathroom had a nice size and layout. The TV had a line on the middle of the screen anytime we watched it. Not sure if it was bad cable signal or a defective TV. We could still get the the information we wanted but it wasn't perfect. We enjoyed seeing Shania Twain in the PH Theater ❤️ Great show! The venue there is good. The Casino was clean and well managed. We aren't a fan of smoking but the airflow overall was good unless someone is smoking next to you. Restaurants were all fine. 2 Starbucks. Hollywood Cafe was busy in the morning and the food there is good. We had dinner one night at Gordon Ramsay burgers and it was underwhelming. Completely adequate but not a celebrity food experience. Twice as expensive but essentially tavern food like we get at home. PH is a well managed good venue. It won't be your superstar hotel experience, but it won't be a disappointment or disaster.

Overall stay at PH was good. The location is great as you are just about in the middle of the strip and can walk in both directions. PH has the Mile Shops which is nice as well as family-friendly food spots. The down side is that the hotel is quite large and difficult to navigate through. Check in was simple as was checking out. The rooms are large and clean. Overall a good stay with the family.

The location was perfect for us as it was smack in the middle of the strip. The property is very clean and the casino was great! Having the shopping mall attached really helped for that last minute shopping you needed to do or if you forgot to bring less warm clothes to enjoy the weather. The restaurants are nice as well and there are different options for different tastes. Our room was nice. We had the view of the strip and even the Bellagio fountains. The main issue we had was a tap in our bathroom not working. They did call us as soon as we brought it up to have it fixed. There was also a full sized soaker tub (which is a rarity for a base room) if you just feel like soaking after spending the day walking down the entire strip. You even have a separate shower (the water pressure is actually really good too). The rooms could use a little updating due to usual wear and tear but they were modern and very clean. Another rarity is the mini fridge you can use to store your drinks or snacks if you plan on staying a few extra days. Check in and check out was supper fast with being able to do the check in at a kiosk. The check out can be done directly from the tv in your room or online to avoid the long lines when leaving. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would likely stay there again the next time we go to Vegas.

Celebrating my 10 year anniversary and reserved a king bed but was given a double queen without the couch in the room. Was very frustrating and felt like the hotel wasn’t empathetic. When checking in they had a line for Diamonds and non diamonds. The diamonds got to cut to the front of the line. We felt like some people got in that line just to get to the front faster so after waiting 45 mins we got checked in. Idk this hotel just made me feel UNSEEN & not important. I will never stay here again and will Only recommend Resort World.

Planet Hollywood- Vegas

We were pushed into an upgrade when checking in which initially I was not happy about but for the extra $100 per night I couldn’t believe the room we got. I’ve lived in smaller apartments… it was amazing.

Little disappointed with planet hollywood,slightly tired rooms apart from bathroom,hadnt been cleaned properly from last guests,requested room clean 3 times throughout week which never happened,best thing about hotel is caramella and strip house steak house ..and its straight across rd from the bellagio and cosmo and aria walkway enough said
