We really enjoyed our stay at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. We went for my husband's 50th birthday and loved how close everything is and all the shops/restaurants around it! Loved that it had its own shopping mall strip! One drawback was all the smoke. It's a smoking casino and even thou we were on the 32nd floor, we could still smell it a bit, which was very annoying for someone that doesn't smoke. The casino itself is VERY smoky, so if that's a problem for you, consider that. other than that, nice staff and great service. Loved the bathtub in our suite, really put it to good use after the daily walking. Bring your own bath salts!

Each year, the rooms stay the same age, things like no hot water during the morning shower rush just gets worse each year - like, why have a large bathtub for two when the “hot” water is lukewarm at best - and the casino pays out worse each year. And I’m a pretty big gambler - just either not at Planet Hollywood or just living in regret when I do play at Plabet Hollywood. I recollect a trip in 2011 (literally) where I walked away up at Planet Hollywood. Super tight slots, no poker room any longer, resort fees that are high and used to include tow bottles of water and coffee maker in the room with coffee - yet, now, big resort fee and nobody swims in December. Or maybe the resort fee was for the hot water that was the temperature of tepid tea?
