The flight came a few hours late and they just gave away our room that was fully paid for. When we landed and waited in line at check in, we were told the rooms were sold out and they sent us walking to a completely different annexure, named Horseshoe hotel. The rooms are so drab and furniture is all chipped off here. Such a let down for the huge price we paid for the Paris room. The kids were also so disappointed. Never booking here again.

Love how I felt like I was in a different world once inside. The check-in location is way out of the way from the rooms and they should have a map to help you navigate but I get that it’s Vegas and they want you to get lost. It’s a beautiful hotel, some rooms recently renovated (like ours) and the partial view of the Bellagio water fountain made our one night stay unique. The staff were very kind (helped us navigate the hotel), and the food was amazing (crepes!). If you’re on the fence about spending a few extra on a nicer hotel you won’t regret it here.
