Paris Paris is a good hotel and so central to everything! I would say however that the room could have been cleaner. The carpets were very very dirty and there were stains in furniture (desk chair - huge stain). It appeared nothing was wiped down thoroughly. Great restaurants. Check out was easier than checking in!

The hotel is good, convenience, reasonable price during the weekdays, but the carpet needs to be replace .. looks old and a little dirty.. you can cleaned it many times .. but needs to be change or removed .. ( just an opinion). Restaurants close too early .. dinner after 10pm is almost impossible 😩

The check in and check out through kiosk was very convenient to avoid the long waiting line. The bathroom looked updated and clean. But the towels had holes in it. The front desk had informed in advance that they provide keurig coffee makers in the room, but there was none on arrival. On asking the front desk informed that they don’t provide any coffee maker in the room. This is giving a wrong information.

The check in was very difficult, and the kiosks were broken. The front desk person gave us wrong directions and we were walking around for 45 minutes due to wrong directions. When asked to speak to a manager none was given.

_Disappointing Stay at Paris Hotel Las Vegas_ I recently stayed at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas, and unfortunately, my experience was a letdown. Despite the hotel's promising description, my room had a terrible view that was far from what I expected. To make matters worse, the constant noise from the ongoing construction outside my room made it difficult to relax and enjoy my stay. The room itself was not as described, and I felt misled by the hotel's marketing. The noise from the construction was unbearable at times, and I was surprised that the hotel didn't take steps to mitigate the issue or inform guests about the ongoing work. Due to these issues, I decided to cancel my second night and check out early. When I informed the customer service team, they simply said "that's fine" and told me not to expect any refund. I was shocked by their lack of concern and unwillingness to make things right. Overall, my stay at the Paris Hotel was disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend it to others until they address these issues and improve their customer service. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected more attention to detail and a better overall experience. _Rating:_ 1/5 stars

The check in process must get better. Really bad check-in experience. After almost 40 minutes, got the room keys. Walked alllll the way back to the room only t find out the keys hey keys didn't work after. I had to go back and get them re-keyed. I spent about an hour and half just to get in room. This i snot counting the time it took to get from the parking lot. The Parking sign should be bigger. I couldn't find hotel Paris name till I drove by a couple of times
