The first night we got through the shower was disgusting. Sofa chair in the room has not been.I asked it gets to the clean.Since the hotel first opened. With the money you spend at the hotel and you don't even get a coffee pot.

There was no tv from Sunday at noon to Wednesday at checkout. I got the run around from staff on how to get a players card, ago to talk to about my dissatisfaction. I felt like they just shifted me from one person to the next and nobody knew how to help. Rose in the cash cage was amazing. After hours of waiting in line and being sent from here to there to there she finally came through. There was a significant amount of trash left on top of the entertainment center that we saw as soon as we came in. I come to Vegas twice a year and I seriously doubt I’ll stay here again. I felt like I didn’t matter.
