Will never stay here again!

Don’t think I will ever book here again. Not only was I given a smoking room, I don’t smoke at all, but the front desk clerk gave me the wrong room number. Went to the room I believed was mine and it was occupied. Went back to the front desk clerk and his exact words were, “Oh my bad, wrote the wrong room number down.” I mean really. Just very disappointed with the overall experience.
