Checkin was understaffed so there was a LONG line and wait 4pm. When you sign up for the reward programa you get free gambling credits but I don’t gamble. Staff were super nice. There are some nice restaurants and coffee shops onsite and an exercise room. Very comfortable clean room and I slept really well there. I did however smell cigarrette smoke which semeed to be from the air circulation and not the nearby rooms. The windows don’t open so it’s a closed system. If not for the long check in wait and the smell of smoke this place would be a 10. It was super comfortable and clean.

Front desk Staff was not very nice. They treated me like a low budget hotel. Construction started early woke us all up and I had gotten in late and was trying to rest to drive home. They repeatedly told me sorry nothing they can do until I spoke with manager. Engineer told me they shouldn’t have started so early. Manager said that was incorrect. Get your staff in the know. Get your facts straight.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was excellent. The only problem we had was the automatic shades. A mention to the housekeeper had a maintenance person there within moments. The food in the restaurants was excellent.

It was my wife and I first time staying and we were very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel. It's proximity to the freeway to exits and entrance and the free parking they have. We noticed other hotels are charging. We also liked that we asked for non-smoking and the room actually smelled non-smoking compared to other hotels that we stayed we only stayed one day but it was great stay. It was also quiet

Cigarette smoke and room fragrance is incredibly strong. Asthmatic beware. We may have had the worst meal of our lives on site and have the pictures to prove it, do dine elsewhere. The facility also charges a $50 day resort fee that is not included in the price you pay on Expedia. The staff were wonderful and parking was easy. I also found the room to be quiet, which was nice.
