The rooms were not dirty but everything was so outdated that it gave the impression of being unkempt. The bathroom floor, the AC, the lack of USB ports for charging. Upon arriving we had to take the service elevator because ALL SIX elevators were "under maintenance" (who would do such a thing?!). By the end of the night that service elevator was not working either and the only elevator they had working only went up to the 10th floor. From there on you had to take the stairs. I asked to switch to a lower room as I was traveling with my grandma who can't climb stairs. They didn't even offer to help me move my stuff downstairs. The new room was in dire condition as well. Bathroom faucet was not working right, water was barely warm, tub wall was bulging out, only 2 wall chargers (far away from bed), no suitcase bench. Took them over an hour to bring me a bath towel (had to call 3 times!). Staff was generally pleasant although a bit dismissive. Would NOT stay here again nor recommend to anyone.

The hotel has a lot of problems. I don't know how this place is offered to customers. They have only one elevator, small, old and in very bad condition. They don't clean your room. I called because the safe box is damaged, they said that they are going to repaired, and nobody appeared. A lot of bags with dirty clothes are located on the front door of the rooms along to the hallway. All there is old and not maintenance. I had to pay $300 deposit, which was supposed to be returned in 5 days. It's been almost 3 weeks, and I still haven't received it back. I called, but on one answered. It's worth saying I left the room even better than I found it. It will definitely never stay at that hotel again.

No refrigerator in the room just an empty hole in a cabinet, all elevators were not working so we had to take flights of filthy unkept stairs with all of our luggage, no fan in the bathroom, thin crappy blankets with one tiny uncomfortable pillow. Just was not what was pictured on the website when I booked the room. Oh and no validation for parking….so yeah.

It's a very bad experience staying in this hotel. I booked this hotel since it closed the airport, the front desk service is terrible, I asked for a quiet room, but she told me she doesn't know which room is quiet!! When we came into the room, a half bottle of water was on the table, someone drunk it and left it there. The bathroom sink was clogged, I cannot wash my hands, the shower drain is the same. Since we just stayed there for 8 hours to transfer flight, we didn't bother to change the room, but will never stay in this hotel again.

only one elevator was working therefore it took 25 minuets to go down and up from our room to the lobby. Right next go construction zone (until 2028) so it was very loud, rooms are dirty and banged up, $300 deposit for a 3/10 hotel is crazy. Looks nothing like the photos!!!!!

The work its getting, needs it

Shower wouldnt get hot. Tv didnt even get signal to all the channels. Elevators didnt work. The steak and shake was absolutely amazing though.

So upon checking in, there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room and the toilet was running and the cards we were given was not working so I had to go upstairs upon that the elevators were not working so that was kind of an inconvenience then they wanted to charge us for an extra refrigerator for the room, probably so we can drink there and the location wasn’t the best as far as for transportation and smelled kind of funny, it just seemed like your regular run of the mill run down hotel

We were staying on the 16th floor out of 19, and none of the elevators for that tower were operating. There was for a brief time a freight elevator, but even that stopped working. After several stair trips to the 16th floor we found out there was an elevator in the adjacent tower working to the 10th floor. The rest was done on the stairs.

I suggest travelers choose another place to stay. I was there for 3 nights and there were no elevators serving my section of the hotel. Had to use service elevator or that elevator on the other side of the hotel that only went to the 10th floor while my room was on the 14th. Used the stairs to make my way down… stairs were dirty and stinky because people were using them to throw away garbage and to smoke. The location is not bad, directly across from the MGM Grand but right next door there is construction going on for a new baseball stadium to open 2028. And they have the audacity to charge $300 as a holding fee when you check in. SMH.
