Fooled me once

Lets start with its right next to the MGM and serves milkshakes 24 hrs a day. Thats the only positive about this hotel. The hotel is for young people looking to stay somewhere and not spend a lot or stay in the hotel long. The room has no amentities.. in our room hot water in the sink was off, the sink would not drain, the shower was dirty and the curtains were ripped. If this was a longer stay we would have switched hotels. To get to your room you have to go down a sketchy walkway and the elevators for both towers are broken. Only one working with a person sitting in the elevator. At first i thought this was something fancy but learned it was for our safety as the elevators have stopped working with guests inside. Got me once.. it will not happen again. Have the nerve to charge a resort fee. Like i said not a good spot if you are looking for a bit of comfort
To get to the room had to walk between the two towers to get from one side to the other

Chose it due to location and price. Clearly an older hotel without a ton of upgrades to it. Only dining options were Steak and Shake and Hooters...their own place was only open 7am-1pm for basically coffee and breakfast. Smoke smell was strong throughout the lobby and gambling areas - they haven't invested in a top-quality air filter system like many other casinos have. Two of the three elevators were out of service, and for a lower-tier hotel, it was weird that they had an elevator attendant taking up space in that main elevator (room was on 18th floor, so no, weren't taking the stairs lol). Room was large and in decent shape. Bed was comfortable, bathroom had a slow-draining sink and shower took forever to get warm enough to use. When I called the front desk to find out why one of the channels we wanted to watch (Commanders/Lions game) was showing a "no service" message from DirectTV, they said they'd send someone up to look at it, but never did and didn't follow up. Would I stay again? Maybe...we're not there to gamble but to do other things. It was walkable to the Strip (about 10 min with waiting for crosswalk signals). But the construction of the baseball stadium next door may disrupt guests in the next two-to-three years...the Tropicana footprint is almost fully gone now, so the build-up will start soon.

My room was dirty, there were two long trails of liquid dripping from the ceiling and stained the wall. There is also a $300 deposit which I had no clue about until I checked in. Only 1 out of 3 elevators was working and it would break down or be too full to use. Overall not a good experience and would not recommend unless you just need a decent place to sleep.

It’s a very old motel it’s not a hotel and everything in is old the tubs have mold really bad that they moved us multiple times people on drug stayed in the lobby I wouldn’t recommend this to my dog it’s very horrible

I’m not one to complain but this hotel left much to be desired. Shower and sink clogged up right away on first use. The shampoo, body wash, conditioner bottles were empty. It was quickly fixed but housekeeping never came to tidy up the bathroom.

1st. On website did not say $300 deposit. 2nd 5-10 business says b4 return 3rd no reciept for deposit. Plus 1st room was disgusting!!! - not clean -2nd floor eldvator not work to go down - tv didn't work nir did air conditioning I have pictures of both if anyone cares to see them. 2nd room upgrade up tub area was terrific. Room not cleaned. I had to gobto desk to get clean towels, toilet paper and coffee for room. Woukd not recommend. I know rating was 5.2 but is probably a 3!
