When booking, website said breakfast included. It was not. When I called guest service they said there has never been breakfast available. Ever. I chose our room based off photos and advertising the room and learned those photos are not correct. In the picture there is 2 beds and a loveseat/couch. The actual room had 2 beds and huge amount of empty space. No loveseat/couch. Surprisingly dirty for a casino. Corners have dirt piles, glitter sprinkles throughout, dusty vents, no air circulation in bathroom, shower head broken. Definitely disappointed.

We had a pleasant stay at New York-New York Hotel in Las Vegas. The hotel offers a good balance between comfort and affordability.
