Affordable and close to mgm grand. Room was nice and clean for what you are paying your getting your moneys worth. The only negative was the saturday check in wait. There was a line line of people going out the door and it took over an hour waiting to check in. But staff eas nice.

Booked this place to extend our trip a day since all the other hotels around Vegas were $$$ for MLK weekend. Would’ve rather spend the extra money.. on top of it being bare minimum there is no option to pay extra for late check out or baggage holding. If I had known this before booking I would’ve looked elsewhere, so leaving this review so people can decide for themselves. Here’s a list of basic things not included: -hairdryer -shampoo/conditioner -lotion -tissues -iron -closet -bathtub -separated toilet/sink/shower -washcloths -standard size towels We got two minuscule towels and a bar of soap for the sink, that was it. The bed was not big enough for two, you’re better off getting the two double beds. The street noise was very loud and people walking by often/closing doors. We were on level 2 and the floor was in terrible condition and creaked everywhere, even with very light footing. Shower extremely cramped. Positives include proximity to the strip (MGM Grand) and showtime movies on the tv. Just things to keep in mind. Was very bummed we couldn’t at least leave our luggage, I’ve never stayed somewhere that didn’t allow that. I’ve been to other Motel 6’s that offered it.

Our room was extremely dirty and inconvenient. We weren't able to check in until two hours after our scheduled check-in time. Despite reserving a specific non-smoking room, the staff still attempted to give us a smoking room. While we understand it was a busy period, we paid a significant amount of money for a service that fell far short of expectations.

Terrible. I didn't even get to stay in my room because they wouldn't let me check in with my one cash added making it under $50 so I had to pay for an entire new room leaving me to check in by midnight and checkout by 11am. Will not be staying here again

For budget accommodation, this was great, well-managed and clean. There were some strange people shouting at the manager, who maintained calm but stood ground very well.
