Room was dirty after checking in, mirrors had mascara from last occupant. Floor had exposed staples between restroom and sleeping area. Shower was either scalding hot or ice cold. Wave pool was 1 wave every 90 seconds which was very disappointing. Lazy River was small and narrow as well, another disappointment. Overall not worth the price and I will not stay here again.

The pools were amazing and our room was clean. We had a room with the view of the pools which was nice. The rooftop bar offers amazing views of the strip. Staff was super friendly ans helpful

Our check in started out bad due to the front desk instructing us to the wrong elevator bank, not realizing he checked us in for a different building altogether. We followed his instructions and our key card would not work in the elevator. Finally another guest walked into the elevator and used their key card to push the button for their floor and for ours. When we reached our floor and walked out the elevator, we were reading the different signs directing you in the direction of your assigned room, but none of the signs included our room number. That’s when we realized something was wrong, and that none of the room signs went high enough to include the room number we were assigned to. We got back in the elevator and went back to the front desk and spoke with a young lady who realized that the first front desk person had incorrectly directed us to the wrong bank of elevators, therefore the wrong building. The young lady created new key cards and then directed us to the correct building that we were actual assigned to.

Our toilet was leaking from the base upon our arrival. It continued to have a flowing water, plumbing sound through the day and all through the night. We contacted the front desk. They were supposed to send someone up. We were unsure if someone came to our room or not as we were out all day. Finally, we only had one night left in our reservation however we could no longer take the noise and continuing to have to use towels to wipe up the water. The front desk receptionist was so rude. My husband got up out of bed at 7 AM in the morning to go down to the front desk to talk to a manager in person . Finally, when someone came to our room after my husband had to go down to the front desk to get someone they said the fumes That were potentially coming from the plumbing pipes. The reason why the toilet was making that sound is harmful for us to smell, and we need to be moved to another room immediately. This infuriated me as we had already been in this room for four nights.
