Definitely need upgrade

The room smelled sour. The shower curtain dirty. Shower dirty hair everywhere. Mattress and sheets have stains…requested sheet change and the second set had stains. Dishwasher out of order. And little silver fishes crawling on the floor. Dogs need separate area of the hotel.

You get what you pay for: no free breakfast; no coffee in the rooms, and; no TV. I just assumed we had to pay extra to watch TV in our room. Coffee was available near the Lobby when the day shift arrived at the hotel. Also, there’s something wrong with the telephone because I couldn’t get a hold of the front desk.

Very friendly atmosphere

It was a wonderful stay. Was very friendly service. The room was very spacious. And clean. Was a great nights stay....would stay there again and recommend it

When I went to check in the room wasn't ready had to wait 20 minutes. The hotel is hard to find there was no signs. When I got into the room the toilet bowl was dirty. My room was on the first floor all the way in the back which was a long walk there was rear exit but was a emergency exit but only could come in with room key. The hotel had a bad odor I could smell in my suite. I just want a full refund!

The room is very outdated blanket was a sheet no hangers not enough towels, dishwasher didn’t work the stove top was gross. They were working on the building the was a lot of noise plus the area is not the best. Don’t recommend staying here .

If you look past the fact that the hotel is next to a Social Service building for the “down and out” folks in the area, then this place is a great location and reasonable price. I enjoyed my stay, just don’t judge the hotel by the placement of the facility

The worst property I stayed in a long time. Heater very noisy. I lost a whole night of sleep. The whole room was outdated carpets not clean. It looked like a rundown place avoid at all costs.
