The only thing that I did not like about the property is the buffet for breakfast opens up at 8 AM instead of 7 AM. So if you have an early flight, the breakfast buffet is unattainable.

I loved the pool area and the options for late night eating. Also, the fact that the Jhené Aiko concert I was attending was there, which allowed me to walk there without going outside THIS was the reason I booked! However, the rooms were a bit dated and the outlets in the lighting fixtures were too old to properly charge my cell phone or iPad.

MGM is super close to everything and the hotel has everything you could need. The rooms need a little work. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off looked there was some water damage and the pillows smelled like they hadn’t been washed or dried properly.

The MGM Grand was amazing. It was beautiful! My interactions with the staff were always pleasant and accommodating. Everything I needed was easily accessible, dining, shopping, transportation, entertainment. I had a wonderful time during my stay.

Ridiculous that you do not have coffee in the room. Or that you cannot use the refrigerator. Then I was charged 3 $18 fees for parking for one night. I have sent the email to recover two of the fees but of course I haven’t heard a word back. I will never recommend staying at the MGM. The. Hotels.com didn’t disclose easily all the additional fees I would have to pay at the MGM. I will never use this website again.
