I booked 2 rooms through Expedia in the same booking. However, they were not able to give us to side by side rooms. They gave rooms which was on the same floor, but quite far. Room didn’t have coffee maker, cups or refrigerator. We asked if we could delay the checkout by 30min to an hour - they said it would cost $40. The backside of Luxor building was very dirty.

Water and off in room at about 1am it was back on at 730 am not good for a city that doesn't sleep

It wasn’t the room we booked and didn’t know it was a run of room by the house booking. We ended up taking another room in another part of the property since they didn’t have what I booked through the website. First time having this bad experience with Expedia
