The only issue that i feel it should be addressed, is the elevator, that awkward sideways movement shows that it doesn't ride smoothly, some wheels need to be changed.

I love this hotel but the only problem I had was that early on the morning I had no water coming out the shower… I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights and It was always the same, although, I’ll give them 5 stars.

Absolutely nothing. To get to the room took long because it was far. We checked out at 9:30AM, after 30 minutes we realized we forgot our wedding ring. I called to let them know, but end up going back because they never called back, at 12:00PM we were there only to be told that the room was occupied AT NOON??? Typically, check in is at 3:00PM but today 8/24 12:00PM was ok somehow? Our ring was never found. I know that luxor will never miss me as a guest but, I WILL NEVER, E V E R !!! go back to luxor

Everything was pretty decent except the ac was inadequate to keep the room cool. Called and had maintenance check it and they changed the air filter but that didn't really make much of a difference. They gave us a fan that barely blew so we had to go to Walmart & buy a fan that worked even though we had to leave it behind since we couldn't take it on the plane.

Our room did not have any washcloths or a shower/tub mat. I slipped several times during my quick 5 minute shower. The biggest issue with the property was the elevators not working. We had to walk down 20 flights of dirty stairs. When trying to return to our room, we decided to try a different colored elevator but it only took us to to the 15th floor and we had to again take the stairs up 5 floors and do the same thing when leaving. The elevators not working and the poor design of the elevators/floors is the reason we will not be returning to this hotel.

What can I say it's expensive as hell. Not the room but everything else $50 for a soda pop a bottle of water a sandwich and a Reese's peanut butter cup at the market downstairs. The restaurants were actually a little bit cheaper. $35 a day to valet Park which is absolutely insane. And let's face it Vegas is rude these days I like the better when the mob was there it was a lot more polite. I ain't going back.
