The property is dated and in need of repairs. Electrical wires are exposed in the elevators and they make a lot of noise. The lobby smells like cigarette smoke. Very poor ventilation, my eyes were watering. The carpet on the floors needs to be replaced. The restaurants within the hotel are over priced and not very good. I would recommend going out on the strip to get food. Several food courts are within walking distance. The location is excellent for all entertainment venues. Taxis and ride shares are expensive there is a lot of construction and it takes a while to move along the Vegas strip. The staff is very professional and attentive. Ashley at the front desk is very nice. She treated us like family. From the bellman to the housekeeping staff everyone was friendly and helpful.

We arrived several hours before check-in time. We allowed early check-in and the check-out by kiosk was quick and easy. The hotel is gorgeous inside and out. While the lobby and casino were bustling and busy, our tower and hallway were very quiet. We received fresh towels and room cleaning daily. Great Restaurant, spa and entertainment options exist within the property. The hotel is a short walk to the Deuce busline and the Tram, so getting around the strip and to downtown was very low cost and convenient. Then being connected to Mandalay Bay and Excalibur provided access to additional restaurants, entertainment and shopping. Love this property!
