For a new property this hotel is mediocore at best. Elevator issues, took 20 minutes to get out of parking garage. Hammering in the wall every time your flush the toilets. Door to water closet slams when you let it go. Could be a stellar property. Also getting in and out of parking garage with room key. If it wasnt for Zouk, definitely would not stay again.

1.5 hour delay checking in as agent wanted to discuss promotion at Conrad next door. Declined the discussion. Tre said room not ready, they were cleaning as we spoke and to expect text shortly. Tre advised to retrieve key in Hilton Gold line to avoid regular lineup. Lines got longer, eventually flagged down Selena who apologized, spoke with Manager, came back with room key. She was amazing.

We booked 2 rooms full strip view. Upon arrival they told me due to availability only one room would have the view but they couldn’t refund me the difference I had paid. Most restaurants were closed so it was very limited. If you want to be close to the strip this isn’t the place for you. Rooms are very simple.
