The restaurants at Resort World were AMAZING! Viva’s fresh ceviche, lobster enchiladas, Baja tacos, and margaritas were out of this world! Same goes for Kasa Nuri, and Dawg House. Also had a great time at the pool party with Kaskade!

Overall our stay was great! The room was clean, but a bit dusty on the surfaces. Not sure if our room hadn’t been used in awhile. Loved how close self parking was to the front desk. We enjoyed the pool area, lots of shaded spots. The vibe at Resorts World is super chill in comparison to other hotels on the strip. Will be back soon!

Paid for a king bed , when I got to the hotel they told me it’s sold out of king beds . I get to the room the hall way stinks , and my bed is dirty - I have pictures of it. I checked out in the morning , and switched to the Bellagio - I was told that this hotel was going to email me the check out receipt. I never got it , I requested the refund - not the hotel claims I was at the hotel the whole time . What a scam - I asked for the key log as this would prove I wasn’t there anymore, however they refuse to give it to me . And now they even charging me resort fees for days I wasn’t at the hotel and a mini bar charge for $75 claiming it’s the cost of a bottle of water - that I never even took . Don’t ever stay at this fleesbag hotel - I will be posting this everywhere , every 2 days until I get management to talk to me and work this out with me .

The resort is new and clean. The rooms and the property look nice and modern. However, the air conditioner in the room is probably the loudest I have experienced in Las Vegas. Strange for a new resort. The room has plenty of USB chargers but all of them had already worn out and there weren’t enough regular receptacles in right locations to charge your electronics. We had a quite rude check in experience but that could have been one bad apple. Everyone else was very nice. The pool area is nice but most pools are very shallow, only waist deep in most places. It would have been nice if it was a little bit deeper. Something that really bothered me was the beverage credit we received as part of having Gold status with Expedia. I spent way too much time to actually receiving it. Don’t promise something you can’t deliver on. There are much better places in Las Vegas and if you don’t get a killer deal I would suggest you go somewhere else.

The pool complex is amazing and you can find several free loungers around the different pools. The room was clean and plenty of room for two people. I wish there was easier access from Resorts World to the rest of the strip, but if you are ok with walking then it is doable. We walked to the Sphere and it took us about 30 minutes.

Hotel is located off of Las Vegas Blvd and away from the busy hotels, which is what we wanted. Check in process was easy and fast. The self parking is free from June- August. The hotel is one of the cleanest in Las Vegas. The beds are on the comfortable yet firm side. Ice cold air conditioning and fast thermostat response. Now for the not so good. The fees are unbelievable. Resort fee $55/day plus resort fee tax $7.36/ day. Room charge $14.33/day tax based on room cost 13.38%. If you don’t want to swim in the pool with hundreds of others, well it’s going to cost you $100-150 for the infinity pool. The night we arrived the pool was closed because of a private party. Now for food, a big variety of places but expect to pay double the going restaurant prices. Check- out was very slow with what looked liked disinterested employees. You have the option to electronically check out, but if you have a question like I did, expect 30 minutes.
