I had an unpleasant experience during my stay. My room key suddenly stopped working, and I spent over an hour going back and forth with the front desk before security finally opened the door. It turned out the issue was due to a new lock installation, but no prior notice was given. The inconvenience of not being able to access my room was frustrating. Additionally, the room service was mediocre and didn’t meet the standard I expected from Hilton. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

Everything in one place! We brought our son for his 21st birthday. Went to craps table to teach him to play and Loren and the graveyard team were SO KIND AND HELPFUL!
