Parking is ridiculous. You have to pay in and out even if you are a guest of the Hotel. No help from the Hotel front desk manager Check in from Nov 27 to Nov 29. She's terrible she hangup the phone when she cannot answer my questions which is very simple. I asked for small request, and she didn't even try to hear me out or accommodate or even suggest what is a better solution.

The gym and pools were great! The parking staff was very friendly and helpful as was the gentleman who brought our luggage up to our room. The front desk staff were not helpful. They did not take time to answer my questions, and sent me to the hotel next door to get taxi service when they had taxis parked right outside their front door.

Just got home from 5 nights here... I liked the walkability to nearby good eats, shopping and attractions. I liked the room itself and the property in general. I appreciated that I could avoid the casino. The resort amenities were less impressive than the view from the 30th floor (mountain view was gorgeous). And I think they could use to rethink their use of the tv system to communicate to guests. There was virtually no info, like remind me what room I'm in!! I'm in Vegas for god's sake! *laugh/crying* I kept thinking I was in one room (30114), when I was in another (30314) and I couldn't get the wifi to work, couldn't check out of my room remotely, etc. And then because there was no phone in the room to call the desk, there was no one to tell me where I was! A comedy of errors and mostly my fault, but still. Maybe if when I turned on the tv, it actually told me something I needed or wanted to know, like my room number! :P (Yes, I know it was written on that one card you gave me the first day....*eyeroll*). Still, I had an awesome time and the hotel was an oasis of calm.
