The room had no cups, or any hand soap! The elevators didn't work most of the time (glad I wasn't on the 19th floor) The bartender wasn't up at the front bar very often. Was back chatting with the bar people at the back.

Duty bathrooms , that place is not a resort to be charging resort fees , I called prior to find out if Pool would be open and they said yes ,no breakfast provided as advertised, what scam of a place

The hotel room was dirty. Bathroom had mold in the shower. The caulking on the sink was coming off. The bathroom door jamb was rotting and in disrepair. The sinks wouldn’t drain and there was NO hot water. The filter on the AC unit was falling off. The power strip for the lights was busted and a fire hazard. Only one service elevator was working. None of the hotel guest elevators were working. The lady at the front desk was rude when we asked for a bar of soap.

It seemed like someone painted over a crappy hotel room to try and make it look nice. The lamps didnt work very well, the electricity was horribly done, the bathroom looked gross enough that I didnt want to shower in there. The toilet wouldnt flush unless you held the handle down for like 10 seconds. The price was a lot for the crap we got. The people were sweet and helpful, but i just felt uncomfortable and swindled with how much I paid.

My stay was good, room was ok, had plenty of room. The building is older but hotel was nice, the casino was perfect for a smaller atmosphere. There is a table in the room which we didn’t have chairs for until the last day. Also had to ask for an ironing board cover.

To start, the elevators were having issues, my guest was stuck in one for about 5-10 minutes with no apology or amends. We were there 3 days, 2 nights and received no turn down. Housekeeping didn't even step food in our room. The shower head was rusted, the soaps empty, the room unclean. If it was not for the fact they take $300 at check in we would’ve went to a different hotel.

The room has dirt all in the floors, beds had stains, the bathtub had dirt, rust, cracking and mold, tables were cracked , and Ac was not good. The walls were filthy. You felt dirtier inside the rooms basically. The staff did not want to be bothered at the front desk, no soaps , shampoos in room, no garbage can, very gross feeling, and it was not safe in anyway! One working elevator out of 6 . Learned it was like this for months. Extremely false advertised
