Overall, the property was good and the room was clean. I would stay here again. However, the necessities shop closes before 11. 24 hour access would be better because it's a long walk to find snacks or water once it is closed.

We had a nice stay, but I wouldn't stay again.
It's not on the strip, but it's a good location if you don't mind a little walking. Excellent access to the Sphere, as it's literally directly connected off of the NE corner. The units here are timeshares, so it's more like staying in an apartment than a hotel room. The rooms are roomy, nicely furnished and nicely equipped. Our room was clean and comfortable. OTOH, when you check in, they try to convince you to attend a timeshare seminar. It was a hard sell here. We weren't interested (several times) and the then conversations abruptly stopped, and the staff was pretty rude from then on. They provided no information about how to use the facilities while we were there, and they didn't even provide a map or any guidance on how to find our room. Perhaps seems trivila, but there are 21 buildings. We had to ask and probe for more information. The whole check-in process was pretty off-putting. We'll look at other places before we stay here again.

A room was not available until after 4:30 pm Reserved room should be available for check in by 3:30 or 4 at the latest. Sat around in the lobby and out doors for several hours waiting to be checked in. Pretty much ignored by lobby staff

We loved staying here. The rooms were large enough to suit our family of 5 and the access to the different pools was great for kids. The only downfall was the hard sell when you arrive weary and just want to access your room but you are given a 15min chat about a great ‘timeshare experience’ and the hotel will offer you a $300.00 bonus just for listening to a conversation about timeshare when in reality it’s more like half a day.

We traveled as a family of six and found it very easy and quick to get to monorail or bussing stations in close hotels/casinos. The onsite restaurant was excellent, and well priced. Kee is the BEST waitress! Our family loved her. The laundry in our villa was a godsend as we were there a week, but the lack of housekeeping was difficult we ran out of things many times and had to call down more than once. We called for the resort transportation more than once and they were either very slow, or didn’t show up at all. Some of the pools weren’t open, and there was painting and maintenance going on while we were there which was a bit disappointing, but couldn’t be avoided. Ultimately we had a great experience as a family and would return again, and recommend to anyone traveling for an extended stay or with family.

we had a 2 bedroom apartment in building 7, on the 3rd floor (the stairs were easy). the staff were all very helpful. we had a great view of the sphere from our balcony. This was a perfect property as far as location- we were able to walk often -very close to the Sphere and to the strip. we would absolutely stay here again

No AC in the hot desert.
Air conditioner broke during a heat wave and they could t fix it u til the following day. We got very little sleep that night. Felt hot and dizzy. It was very disappointing.
