The shower took forever to get hot water, non working fan in bathroom, drain in shower was half plugged, water would spray out of shower onto the floor. The TV connection would stop intermittently off and on. The bed and pillows were comfortable .

Great location on the strip as it is close to many other attractions, the trams and monorail. There is many dining options nearby. We did the self check in and it was automatic check out. We only spoke to someone to confirm the check out and location of luggage services. We did not mind it as it was convenient but it does take away quite a bit of the hospitality out of the industry. We stayed in the mountain room and it was nice and clean. We were near the elevator and could hear it run, as well as some muffled tv noises from next door but it did not bother us. Our curtain wouldn't close all the way and it got very bright in the morning.The only real issue is the shower is not functional. They only have half a glass panel that does not keep any of the water in the actual shower. You'll be ringing out towels just to get the water off the floor so it doesn't get to the walls and cause any water damage. There was not much amenities in the room which was expected. No mini fridge but we just used the ice bucket to keep things cool. Casino floor was always really hot which may be why the smell of cigarette smoke was heavier than other casinos.

Great Stay

Pleasantly surprised! The hotel has been renovated and room was great. My only caveat was the air conditioning was noisy when sleeping, and the casino itself was very hot at night.

The only thing that was worth mentioning negatively is the shower. The water just poured from it since half of it was open. Like ungodly amounts of water. Everything else was perfectly fine especially for the price. Very convenient, classic Vegas experience. I liked their smoking area.

I would like to express my gratitude to the manager and the very patient front desk agent for allowing me to try to pay with my debit card a million times before it got approved by my bank! The hotel itself is a gem and extremely quiet! Kingsized bed , sparkling clean, spotless bathroom I wish I could have stayed a bit longer! Located

Affordable rooms and a great location on the strip. Standard rooms are pretty basic. We didn't spend much time in the room so it was all we needed.

We liked that everything was clearly marked and made it easy to navigate. Did not like the shower setup. The shower head was awful and it was basically a glorified misting. And no shower door, didn’t enjoy the cold draft.
