We recently stayed at The Grandview at Las Vegas during spring break for what we hoped would be a relaxing family vacation with our three kids. Unfortunately, our experience was far from enjoyable, and I feel compelled to share our story. We arrived late at night, exhausted from travel, only to find blood stains on the wall and down the trim behind one of the beds. On top of that, behind the nightstands there were thick layers of dust and dirt, as if those areas hadn’t been cleaned in years. The carpet outside our room was visibly filthy and in need of vacuuming. Too tired to deal with it that night, we went to bed. The next morning, I brought the issue to the front desk and showed them photos. The manager on duty, Ravi, asked me to email him the images and said there were no other rooms available for us to switch to. I requested immediate cleaning and compensation for the unacceptable condition of the room. He assured me that he would escalate the issue to upper management and asked for my contact information. Two days passed with no follow-up. While the room was eventually cleaned, no one reached out. I emailed Ravi again—no response. At checkout, I asked to speak to a manager and explained the situation again. I was told they would pass the message to Ravi and was given the general manager’s contact info. I have now emailed the general manager multiple times, with no response whatsoever. Beyond the state of our room and the complete lack of accountability from manageme

After I had finally got one of the 4 pop machines to “work “ I lost $5 in one of the resorts pop vending machine. It was the one at the quiet pool that is outside. No one can/will help. Resort said call number on the machine. The number on the machine limited hours. It is not a lot of money but seriously getting past around to several people there should be some help!

Terrible stay wouldn't recommend

Terrible stay. They put us in an accessible room. The shower head was awful im over 6 feet tall couldn't wash my body. They didnt seem to care and refused to work with me since i used hotels.com. Shower curtian has mold spots all over it. Also serious elevator issues. We ended up walkkng 21 floors down with luggage during check out. Lastly, pretty rough crowds staying there. I have a 7 year old daughter who got flipped off by another lil girl because she wanted my daughters floaties in the pool. Parents didn't seem to care. Luckily we only stayed one night and moved to a much nicer location for our vacation.

When I checked into the first room, the bed was not made, and there was blood all on the mattress. They took me to another room and there was blood in the bathroom. I’ve been trying to reach you. I would like a refund from that stay.
