I’ve been staying at the Grandview for 15 years as my sons played basketball. Always convenient & spacious. Two suggestions: Install USB ports in the room so we can charge our phones or other devices. All hotels have them… Time to upgrade guys! Also, please inform residents that you no longer supply free laundry detergent/ softener so we can grab some at the market.

Amazing place to stay, this is one of the BEST kept secrets in Vegas. It's clean, well maintained, great staff, excellent security, easy access to freeway. Had an issue with the AC, we called for help and someone arrived to fix in 10 minutes! We highly recommend Grandview at Las Vegas so much that we told family about and now we have 5 reservations together for the week of 4th of July!

Check In was not smooth and took 30 mins at least. Multiple people were complaining that their rooms were occupied. Once we got to our room it was occupied as well. Very disturbing and unsafe.

Please save your money and don’t stay here! The last time I stayed it was great, but boy have things dramatically changed. We arrived to check in and were asked by the general manager 25 times if we were checking in, which was obvious as we don’t stand in lines for fun, and finally reached the counter after about 40 mins. Then when we were finally given our room key we entered our room to a huge puddle in the kitchen from the dishwasher leaking, the bathtub half full and dirty, and the couch smelled strongly of pee. This room was in building 8, called Jasmine. So we go back to the office to request another room, and are given a room in building 1, which is the Sage building. This room is nicer and the furniture color is solid versus the first which looked like it was covered in wallpaper, and everything seemed to be in order, although it also had a weird smell so we left to get groceries. Upon returning I’m in the kitchen looking for knives, and upon opening a drawer discover a family of roaches living in the kitchen, so we immediately packed our things and went to the office to check out. We didn’t even request a refund which we should have, because we wanted to get far away from there. I don’t have and never have had roaches so I want going to pay to stay with them on my vacay, or risk them getting in my luggage and bribing them back with me. Grandview really needs to get their stuff together!

The place was decent. The rooms were big and expensive. Lots of room to move around in the rooms great kitchenettes hot tub is always nice in the bedroom. Parking was horrible. No food to speak of on the property grounds but right across the street is a great casino with lots of options for dining. Excellent choice.

The customer service was great but my room smelled like something died in it they had the house keeper come spray it she even said just get a new room it I didn’t I kept the AC on to air it out since I was only there for two days.
