Parking experience is horrible. Garage full, valet full called hotel and was told to park at another hotel. Ridiculous!! If I am staying at the property and have to go somewhere else for parking!

Room was great! Parking was horrible. Unable to find parking in garage and Valet was full. I was told to park at another Hotel. If I am a guest staying at this hotel is ridiculous to have to do that. On top of that who ever answered phone when I called was a jerk not even apologetic for guest having to go to another hotel to park.
