Room’s bathroom was not great. Cracked/delaminating tub. Slow tub drain that caused backup/standing water. Bath sink also did not drain. Tv remote didn’t function unless it was only 6 inches away from TV. We were declined to access the gym area on our last day because they said it was over capacity. Resort fee also apparently does not cover use of the Spa areas. Front desk would never answer the phone. Lines at front desk were lengthy with long waits due to obvious understaffing. Probably will not rebook again.

Requested new towels/water. Response on text was immediate...stated they would be replacing immediately. 4 hours later....nothing. Our safe never worked. Tried to have security address. They never responded. the resort fee is stupid. I only used the waters because of that dumb fee. Didn't ever get a discount book the fee referred to. There is no support for this mandatory fee.
