The casino was nice. The room was horrible. The bath tub faucet handle was loose and kept moving after you set to the temperature. It was hard to get the water at the right temp. It kept getting cold. There was no shower curtain so the floor was flooded. We were told the showers were made to where you don’t need one. They are wrong. No fan either so everything was damp. The ceiling in the bathroom was also peeling. The room was cold and when we set the room temp to 80 it was still a little chilly. We will never stay there again!

I wanted this to be good and I usually don’t write bad reviews but this place is just unfortunately old and not very cleanly. My room wasn’t dirty per se.. just not clean. I didn’t get a hot shower any of the days and asked multiple times for someone to come up and check why but no one came. I was on a tight schedule so ended up having to just shower in the cold water. Also, the pool was under construction but I still had to pay the daily facility fees. Just disappointed.

We awoke about 6:00 am to a dripping. My husband’s items on the nightstand were soaked. There was a bubble in the ceiling with water dripping down. Don’t know if it was water or sewage from the upstairs room. Went to the front desk and was told the room would be comped for the night. But the bill came anyhow and they only comped the resort fees. After a call with a manager who was incredible rude, they are not following through on their promise. Will not recommend to anyone.

The nickle and diming on your fees is outrageous. I was charged $20 for early check-in. $20 per day for parking and almost $51 per day for a resort fee. I will never stay here again!

Hotel has a great location and nice property, rooms were good but hot water often not working and bathroom has a sliding glass door so not much privacy. The pool was absolutely freezing and the slide wasn’t working, which they said it only runs June and July. Pool is also incredibly loud, we could hear it on from our rooms staring at around 9am.

It was a perfect stay. My only negative is that the Wi-Fi was $14.99 per device after the first 24 hours. I didn't mind using my data for a few days.

This property is tired and disgusting we were moved rooms as there was toilet waste over the walls and thick dirt even after cleaning. Second room was better but still not great
