Flamingo might be old, but it was clean and the staff was very good. The only negative was the elevator . The card system to go to your floor would not always work. But the front desk did say they are changing it.

Located in the centre of the strip, it’s an amazing hotel that offers great value. Do the mobile check in or be prepared to wait in a 40 minute check in line. Lots of upgrades available for much cheaper at check in.

Worse customer service from a hotel. Too much to list . Changed our room and we lost our view and was charged . Room was supposedly updated but was already broken faucets paint. Coming off and shower sucked . When I asked to be moved , they stated I was past the time of day to be moved , huh?? Would not stay here again nor suggest to anyone . Also no good food options … had to go elsewhere to eat.

I will never stay at this Hotel again. Terrible experience on the time we got there. Paid $60 for Carly check in and the room wasn’t clean and the property is in terrible condition. And we were charged a premium price to stay for 2 nights. When we talked to the staff about it we were told nothing they can do

We paid an extra $45/day for an “upgraded newly remodeled” room when we got to the property. Got up to the room and there was long dark hair and dry cleaner pins all over the floor. Every time the A/C turned on it was really loud and it made weird noises like metal scraping on metal. It turned on and off every few minutes. In the bathroom, when you turned the light on and off, the fan would come on but also made strange noises like a charger turning on. The shower had no door or curtain and soaked the floor every time we showered. We stayed two nights and paid over $1,200 between the room, resort fees, the “upgraded room” and parking ($40 a day for valet parking, $20/day for self park!!). There was a roach in the bathroom the morning we left. Oh, and my favorite, no coffee machine. There is a Starbucks on the property but it was $25 for two coffees. The main pool area is under construction and the pool they have open is tiny and FULL of people. You are able to go to neighboring properties to use the pool but it’s pretty inconvenient. In the convenience store, we purchased two bottles of water… $24! The elevators were also pretty sketchy, shaking and making grinding noises and not always accepting your room key to select your floor. For all of the new construction, remodeling, and price, I expected a much better experience.

Pool not open, tough to get rooms cleaned, NO Internet in the room, can't bring anything into the pool, limited attractions, no shower liquids in the dispensers, rooms are pretty dated. But I wasn't looking for much just a room and that was fine I guess.

My first two stays at the Flamingo were in 1957 and 1962 with my parents when I was 3 and 8 yrs old. I vividly remember our stay at the Flamingo in 1968 when I was 14. My dad had told me the story about the hotel and Bugsy Siegel. I was asking questions when my parents were checking in and a gentleman took me by the hand and showed me what he said was Bugsy's office. Don't know if it really was or not, but I thought it was pretty cool. I was in insurance for 30 years in Utah and the two companies I worked for always had their semi-annual conferences at the Flamingo so over the years, I've stayed at the Flamingo dozens of time. I stayed at the Flamingo in May, August and October of this year and enjoyed every minute. I have never had a disappointing experience, the rooms have always been immaculate and clean, and the staff very kind and helpful. Looking forward to my next stay at the Flamingo this coming Spring

I did not have a pleasant stay this trip. Being a repeated customer staying at the Flamingo twice a year for years now. I would definitely not recommend the FLAMINGO in Vegas. I recommend staying at the Linq.
