This property is still great place to stay but the rooms are getting old and needs touch up. I was surprised. They have the best parties in Encore. Staff is great. Close to the mall.

Make sure not to stay on the pool side of the property on Friday Saturday or Sunday. They have an outdoor DJ that plays till 4am. Sounds like you are in a war zone. Very disappointing. The rest of stay was good.

Very disappointing
The room was not clean when I received it . The iPad was out of the outlet and didn’t charge so I couldn’t turn off the TV until the next morning and called to ask how to close the blinds without the iPad so I was told that I could do it with Alexa . A cleaning dirty moth was left in the room . Pillow was with make up stains . On Saturday I ate a grilled cheese toast in the cafeteria and got food poisoning and felt very very bad and left one night before my plane to go home and rest myself . I stayed many times in the encore and never had a problem and since Covid I didn’t come for few years and when I got back now that’s how bad it went

Check in staff were top notch, worked with me to get me close to my party. Unfrotunstely cleanliness was an issue. Trash and food laying around on the floor for days, so at times felt a little dirty. Comforter had a stain on it, so cleanliness was definitely an issue.
