everything was fine with the hotel and amenities minus the apparent bug issue. the first room we were assigned was on the first floor and absolutely ridden with cockroaches. we saw at least 4 on the desk and rolling chair as soon as we turned on the light. the front desk didn’t seem surprised when we told him. we were then relocated to a room on the third floor, which was much better until i found a small roach in the sink… certainly did not make for a comfortable night’s sleep

Located just off the strip was great and the casino has several places to eat, drink and kickback also had a coffee/donut shop. The only downside I would say is the covers and pillows for the bed could be better. Overall a happy customer.

You have to request for your room to be cleaned and to replenish toiletries and towels. They don’t clean the room on a daily basis. Some of the staffs are stingy with bottled water, they only give 2 even though there’s 4 people in the room. But I must say, their restaurants have wonderful staffs and very good service. Their food is amazing. A “you must go” kind of restaurant. And the prices are worth it.
