Just don’t

I just wouldn’t stay here again. First, they did not have a full compliment of staff on for check-in. There was a huge line, which is normal for Vegas, but check-in stations were open and there were staff doing other things. I realize check in isn’t their only job but maybe it is right at 3pm? The elevator wasn’t working during our 4 night stay. We asked for a room on the first floor and you should to if you’re staying here soon. The hot tub never worked while we were there and always had yellow tape around it. On another note, in this day and age, hotels usually supply microwaves as standard in the room. While they had microwaves, you had to rent them per night and then they delivered/picked it up. First time we’ve ever seen that. Lastly, the clerks at the front desk were either awesome, helpful, and friendly or they were surly, at best. It seemed a 50-50 shot which one it would be.

When checked in - elevator and hot tub were not working, 3 days later - still not working. I ran a marathon and wanted to extend our stay by one day. The hotel charged me the resort fee of $75 twice, as a result. Even though we stayed in the same room. They think they are a resort. During 3 days stay no towels were changed or anything. My legs hurt terribly after the race, and I showed my ID to hotel stuff but asked if my husband could go sign papers at the front desk for the additional day instead of me. No, the hotel receptionist threatened to throw us out if I don't make it to the front desk to sign papers in person. Overall - terrible service, zero customer accommodation, broken things. And one more thing - no sink in the bathroom. You either have to exit bathroom to wash hands or use a tub faucet. We will never ever ever recommend this hotel to anyone, though it was rather in convenient location to our purposes. Terrible is the only word coming to mind. Don't go there. Consider yourselves warned.
