We have a nice stay the room I booked was great. Rm layout is exactly like the photos, large living room, kitchen, 2 kings rm, washer. until upper floor has a water leak cause our master bathroom lights jumped. Called for repair they were only able to stop the leaks but the power is not back on. We were asked to switch to another floor two rooms that co-jointed with smaller floor plan. That’s a bit inconvenient and disappointing. Another problem I have run into was before our trip I called to ask about the pool if it is open and heated. I was told it is open but not heated. So, we did not pack any swim wear arrived at the hotel first day pool is closed due to high wind. But, it wasn’t really that windy. The next day it is open and staff told me it is heated pool. I walked by the lobby saw people are swimming we felt so bad did not come prepared. Next time we will bring swimsuits for our trip. They only have one pool and it is right in front of the lobby. Location of the hotel and overall of the hotel is great. We like it does not have a casino. Next to PH shopping mall has restaurants and stores and walkable to some of the places we wanted to go to on the strips. The rideshare place at the parking lot is just the basement floor super easy to get around unlike many of the casinos hotel and no smokers around is a plus. We feel it is very safe their security check each party entering to the elevators must scan room key enter floor to go upstairs. Hotel smell good!

Cleanliness of Suite

Overall, the property itself was very nice — well-maintained, in a great location, and with a welcoming atmosphere. However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of our suite. For a higher-end room, we expected a much better standard. When we arrived, it was clear the room hadn’t been properly cleaned. There were crumbs and other debris left from the previous guest, and we had to request housekeeping to come vacuum. The glass surfaces also had visible smudge marks, which added to the feeling that the room had been rushed through or overlooked entirely. It’s unfortunate because everything else about the property was great, but cleanliness is a big deal — especially in a suite. We hope the hotel improves in this area, as it would make a big difference for future guests.

Our one bedroom suite was very nice! Floors and windows were not super clean but overall we were happy with the place! We had an issue with our bathroom smelling terrible, like an outhouse. Staff came promptly each time we complained and the second time they came, it finally fixed the problem. It was just unfortunate that our room smelled bad for the first day and a half.

Great location, nice rooms. Wish we knew the hot tub was not in operation. Would have booked a different place as that was one of the top amenities we wanted. Staff said the hot tub hadn’t been in operation for months and they had no idea when it would be fixed.

Great stay . Location was perfect. Nice room with frig /microwave, dishwasher coffee maker. Other more expensive hotels we stayed at didn't have this.
