Nice room but met with disappointments

This hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location - an easy walk to the center of the strip. We got the larger 1-bedroom room which was perfect for our family, especially the full fridge and kitchenette. We had two disappointments during our stay, which really bothered us. I NEVER leave negative reviews but this felt important to us. We arrived on a Sunday and they confirmed free daily housekeeping during the stay. By Wednesday, we never got any cleaning. We don't even "need" cleaning everyday but we were out of everything, and our garbages were full. You can't *call* housekeeping or the front desk, you're only given a text option. I won't go into the whole stream of communication, but when I asked if we could get housekeeping to come by, they responded with SUPER passive-aggressive and dismissive replies. They gaslit us about it and texted other unnecessary comments. It was such a strange and unprofessional interaction. We had to beg them to come clean our room one time during a 4-night stay at $300/night? Is that really asking too much? Our second disappointment was related to the pool. Our 4 year-old loves the pool and we don't have many pool options where we're from. The website said it opens March 1st. I emailed twice to confirm and never got a reply. When we arrived, they said it was going to open on the last day of our trip. But then they postponed it 2 more times, it stayed closed. My toddler was so sad, had to walk by it each day. It was really disappointing.

First time staying in a non casino . Lobby is accurate and easy to find/meet party members and get out on the go. so much better than trying to manage finding your family on a casino floor. We will not go back to casinos. PH was a short walk away and all indoors for card games. Wish the pool was open but it was cold.
