Rooms don’t give off an “upgraded” feel

Checking in was nice and easy. Front desk was personable and helpful. We were in an “upgraded” tower room. I am not sure what made it upgraded but I wouldn’t want to stay in a room that wasn’t. Room was small but had what was needed. However shower had dirt build up around entire thing. We found dirty socks under the curtain in our room. There was a lot of soap scum and build up on bathroom mirror. Service in the casino was almost non existent

Great area downtown. Away from the noise of Fremont and only a block away. Lower minimums on tables. They did not have Pi Gow. New Tower does have weird color decor.

Loved that we were close to hop on bus and Fremont street! It was quiet at night, no ear plugs needed!! We had trouble with our door/lock the first night but they fixed it right away! The gal who checked us in was fabulous sorry I don’t remember her name!! I would come back to this hotel!!

I liked to close proximity to Freemont Beds extremely comfortable Not to busy which was nice Didn’t like - No house keeping service to our room. Had to call to get towels and Kleenex We were expecting to get our room cleaned each day and it never happened. Truly disappointed that didn’t happen
