A great getaway but…

For a weekend getaway I was somewhat impressed but also disappointed at the same time… Upon check-in, the “Las Vegas hacks” don’t work at this property. I asked for the “upgrade” and was denied because I made the reservation through Hotels.com/Expedia. So I ended up with the basic room which of course was Just ok. So don’t expect an upgrade if it’s not paid for. Basically saying that “you already got a discounted rate”. - No biggie. I also tried downloading their app to do mobile check in & it didn’t work because you need to go to the gaming desk to get a PIN number. Very inconvenient but oh well. Had to remind the front desk about housekeeping to service my room because it’s only offered if you request it. Finally the gaming chairs at the slot machines are extremely uncomfortable and pushed me away to go gamble elsewhere. Overall it’s a nice place to stay and has plenty of food options on site and in a pretty good accessible location away from all the traffic on the strip. It was a great stay overall and would definitely recommend it to anyone…
