The staff were lazy, the hotel was dirty. I was told upon check in there would be snacks between 4pm and 8pm but I went to get some at 6pm there were non left Nd I was told " Ran out" then this morning same excuse was given when I asked for milk for the cereal at breakfast. There were no pancake batter either at 6am! Again the excuse, we ran out. There were unknow hairs in the shower and the carpet hadn't been vacuumed in in who knows when. I do not recommend.

Bedroom door was broken. AC didn’t worked properly. Spring mattress , bed with metal frame that you hit getting out of bed! Bathroom condition was terrible. Bedroom security broken.

Unable to turn off AC fan. Extremely poor restaurant selection available. Directed to "one of the better restaurants" because they had indoor seating! Ordered ribeye steak entree. Served on a paper plate!! Free breakfast wasn't bad. No O.J. Chairs filthy.

First, when I arrived they informed me I was on the 2nd floor and the elevator was broken. Next, there was a notice saying the pool was closed until further notice - couldn’t that be noted on the website? Next, the door to my room wasn’t closed all the way, making me feel uncomfortable about going in. Next, the light switch by the door didn’t turn on any lights. Finally, when I closed the shower curtain, a very dirty washcloth fell down. Other than those things, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean and quiet.
