The Manor King and Manor Double Queen room types are located in 5 buildings a half-block away from the hotel lobby and casino. Bed type is based upon availability for these rooms and will be assigned at check-in.

Very disappointed
I stayed at the manor side of the hotel because they were sold out at the tower usually stay at other hotels in Vegas but the room was not clean, could not sleep because the people were fighting on the floor above, was loud, like they were throwing furniture, but the time security got there is was like 40 minutes and don’t know if the police got there. very noisy No one to help you in the front desk, . They just have the kiosk to check in and out. You can’t pay in cash. Very disappointing

My room was clean. That’s the only positive. The hotel itself is a dump. It’s old, not well maintained, with horrible direction (it took me 15 minutes to find my room and the key didn’t work). My room was in the “Manor Tower”. I felt totally taken advantage of by Circus Circus. This “tower” was a three story motel on the opposite side of the street from the hotel; they shouldn’t be able to call it part of CC. Area also wasn’t appealing and didn’t really feel safe; especially for kids. I’m glad I wasn’t there with my family. Never coming back.

Absolutely nothing about this hotel is geared toward customer service. The overcrowded parking, no valet, poor directional signage, kiosk only check in, no chairs or benches in the lobby...it reeks of corporate oversight with no corporate stooges ever staying there. Lilliana at front desk was the redeeming quality. If you are another hotel hire her away. Christina at the pizzeria was sweet also. Other than that, simply awful.

The renovation is nice in Skyrise. Housekeeping took soiled sheets and blankets but never made the bed back with clean linens. So we only had 1 bed to use the 2nd night.

The surrounding area has a lot of food choices including in the hotel. The inside of the hotel is pretty cool too. The rooms are quiet however they do need updating. Overall not too bad. Great for families.

I was surprised to see the room I was in and the casino bathrooms where clean I expected the worst based on reviews was only there for one night F1 race and Raiders it was good. Some other guest are rude and dirty that may be the issue. By far the worst Breakfast Buffet I ever had not worth the money this kept me from giving it a higher review I would close it down or church $17.98 per person that’s what I think it’s worth
