We were in building 5 and there was only one elevator working. Our key reader was malfunctioning. So I went down stairs to the lobby twice for keys before we were sent a mechanic to fix it. We had kids and wash only given a 20$ voucher.

Service and Maintenance could be better

Good location. But, the hotel had a generally dated feel, and some areas seemed to need better upkeep. Service response times were very slow, which was a bit frustrating at times. As a Hilton member, I had hoped for a more seamless experience.
