The property was beautiful and would def consider staying there again. The only thing was 1. I get a call from the concierge saying as a first time guest I would get a gift - turned out to be a propaganda to try to get me there to look into the time share 2. I asked multiple times for the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash to be refilled - it was dropped off in a plastic bag to my door. It was busy and i get that but I didn’t feel like they tried to go above and beyond for us. As someone who has worked in the customer service field for many years and my cousin who was with me also worked for a Hilton hotel in MD we were a little disappointed in that area.

We had a great stay with plenty of room for our family. The water slides and pool were fantastic. The beds were comfortable and housekeeping was attentive although we didn’t require much. They have the most wonderful smell in the hallways and lobby. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is located a few miles south of the main strip. It is in an area that isn’t very nice. So safety was a little bit of a concern. The property is dated and could use some updates. The gym seemed to be closed a lot. Only at inside once and the food was not ok. Think it was the truffles on the fries.

The room was nice, cozy, comfort, and clean. It went well above and beyond what I expected. There were a couple hiccups, but nothing major. My dishwasher was not working at first, but engineering came in and fixed it. Also, I asked for light housekeeping, and they did not come until after the expected time. But like I said minor hiccups. The room was nice and clean and me and my family enjoyed it.

No room service and not cleaning, two days request , they ignored us . Then met their manager then we waited 2 hour at night for cleaning with tired body. Horrible experience And renew the room one more bcz our flight time changes, but they want check out and have another room far building. They simply waste our half of the day .!
