The room was beautiful, clean and quiet. The elevators were a problem. There were 2 elevators out of service to the parking building. Only a couple of elevators to our room tower were working and they were always crowed.

Beautiful location! Stayed here for a girls trip and the place overall felt very safe. Close to many of the sight seeing places of Vegas. Even caught a concert while staying there too. Wonderful place.

Nickle and Dime you there, even a small bottle of water is $8. Cheaper in the soda machines, except they don't actually work, they did charge my card, that part worked. Check your statement when you get home.

It was a wonderful weekend at Las Vegas especially at Caesar Palace. My only concern was the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom, the vent, light fixtures, shower walls, certain part of the tube where I had to purchase cleaning products to clean the area necessary. The pool and buffet was great

The property amenities were very expensive. At checkin they didn’t have the room available that we had booked. They did upgrade our room at no charge. We had no running water in our room the third day from 8:00 am till 4pm with no notice. They offered to move us to another room but we didn’t want to have to pack everything up. When asked if there was a room we could use to shower they said we could use the shower at the spa. But the spa was on the second floor of a different tower than what we were staying in. In the end they did give us a room credit of $100 to use at the restaurants in the hotel. Just seemed like the staff was not provided all the details of things happening at the place as the lady that helped us with the room voucher said she didn’t know anything about the water being shut off.
