It was black short hair all through the bathroom, on sink was clogged. We got standard room they have is the worst room lower level with view of the hotel facilities.

mini fridge scam

The whole mini-bar thing was ridiculous. You don't have any fridge in the room and if you even touch the snacks or drinks you are charged and there is NO sign to tell you this. What a scam

Facility was beautiful and staff were great. I really enjoyed the Garth Brooks show. Best I have seen in a long while. View was a little disappointing as I could only see the HVAC system on the roof. The shower did not work but I managed with the bath tub which was nice. Overall I enjoyed my stay at your hotel. Thank you for your hospitality.

Still pay the resort fee even when pool is closed

I didn't see the overall value in the price we paid for this week-long trip. I was able to find other lesser expensive places on the strip which would have delivered more, but our friends convinced us to stay here. House keeping never came... only once when we called... and they asked if we needed a full service over the phone!? Everywhere else I stay on the strip automatically cleans rooms unless a sign is placed on the door. Very dusty room in general and the floor needs a good dry and wet vacuum. No fridge for person items. Coffee maker but no free pods (only for purchase) No free bottles of water (only for purchase). The only free stuff was soap, body wash and shampoo. And even then we never got a refill. The bed was comfortable. The AC was really loud. I'm happy there was a table and chair to work on laptop. But Wifi ONLY included 2 devices. We had to pay an extra $15 a day for my husbands laptop. I didn't even bother using mine. And the cell reception wasn't great so hot-spotting wasn't an option. $20 a day parking, even as a guest. Plus there were issues with the barrier for majority of guests trying to get out. It was a good walking location to the strip and shopping. It was very lively. A lot of different food option prices. And the casino is overall on the nicer end. I felt safe there, even though the guest-room floors don't need keyed access. But overall I would choose a different place to stay in the future. I didn't feel like I "got what I paid for" here.
