This property was being renovated and according to the poor guy at the desk they'd had staffing issues. The garbage was overflowing, construction trash everywhere, room numbers painted over and dog feces randomly left buy inconsiderate owners. Different groups were getting high in the parking lot when i checked in. It took two tries to get a room that had been made ready. The room i eventually ended up with was clean but obviously dated. There was no remote for the TV, shower curtains for drapes, old furniture. Fortunately, the AC could be turned up high enough to drown out the road noise and dudes in the parking lot. At 10 pm, some sketchy looking guy started knocking on my door but looked shocked, apologized and left when i wasn't who he was looking for. Decent nights sleep after that. A real shame as it was obvious they were trying to overhaul the property but had trouble getting help and obviously attracted a less refined clientele. Worked for a nights stay but not something i would recommend for families or single women.

The gentleman who checked us in w was courteous and checked us in promptly. The hotel is under renovation and there was a sign posted letting their customers know, however the parking spots were not marked and the customers seemed to use up more than one space. We ended up having to park further away from our assigned room. The outside garbage bins were placed in the front of the hotel and were overflowing. The linen did not look like it had been changed. The pillowcases looked dingy and there was writing on the sheets that read, "We had sex here." Ewwww!!! The security lock to keep anyone from opening the door was broken off, so did not feel safe.

Someone came into the room while I was gone and made the bed but then proceeded to make a huge mess with the coffee, spilling sugar and leaving trash all over the desk. There was noise all night long and people smoking right outside my room.

This property is under renovation so don’t be freaked out when you pull up like we did…the outside is the last part they are working on. The room was clean and comfortable. Definitely worth the cheap price. Small continental breakfast is available- it was fine for us.

Very nice management. Unfortunately, the remodeling job has left a hazardous situation in which from the bedroom into the bathroom. There’s about a 2 inch or less abrupt step up, which is a trip hazard. The vacuum has been recently remodeled, which is nice, but someone may fall walking into the bathroom in the abrupt transition.
